Freeway is horrible! I dont care if it's cheap, the fact that I am getting the run around for my refund of a canceled policy is annoying. Why is it so complicated to get in contact with someone who knows what they are doing?! It makes no sense. I've been waiting two months and nothing. One of the worst places to go to get auto insurance False Advertisement ppl. They tell you yes to everthing and what you want to hear they leave out a lot of details, once you come across a problem (wich was 5 days after I purchased the insurance) and you go back to the office they dont help you the customer service is horrible pretty much they tell you they cant do nothing for you you bought it you deal with it, the agents pretty much challenge you.
