We moved to Henderson last year and put all of our vehicles and new home under this agent. There was a list of problems moving our coverage from State Farm in California to this office. Of course, we didn't know there were any problems until we started getting letters from the main office. The problems were with Bill Davis' office. His workers made a number of mistake or omissions which caused a number of problems for us. The problems trickled in via letters from the main office and took several months to correct. One of the women in the office never follows through, doesn't return calls, doesn't keep her word, and says "I don't know" instead of saying she'll find out for us. I finally was fed up and filed a complaint against her and another man (he was extremely rude and condescending). A few minutes after sending the email to Bill Davis complaining about the two, I get an email from one of the people that I was complaining about. Apparently she also handles complaints. So, I sent an email to the corporate office about the two employees and also asking why she is responding to a complaint about herself. At that point, we were going to change to a different agent but didn't get around to it. Now, we are having problems with this same female. We sold a vehicle and were due money back. She was supposed to get back with me on what happened to the money but as usual, I had to follow-up with her and again getting a lot of "I don't know" answers. I filed another complaint about her and we are now changing agents. By the way, in the 10 years that we have been with this office, we have never spoken with or heard from the owner of this office, Bill Davis.
