Well, all the time i hear in the radio freeway , so i went down there to the office , its not really in a good area but when u go inside u feel very welcomed , employees are very friendly and professionally dressed up , i was desperately looking for lower rate since i just got my license and every other company gave me high quote. Stay away from this place, these people are scammers all they do is take advantage of people, their goal is to get at least $500 from you as soon as you walk in the door for a "down payment" which will go straight to their pocket, it's their commission and shortly after you will keep receiving bill after bill in the mail. As soon as you hand that money over you will hear them ring a bell, that is their code for "we just ripped this dumb ass off" They will charge you to make a payment, change your phone number in their system, change your address or any other info you need to update they will charge you. Oh and if you ever get in an accident and need to file a claim they will NOT HELP YOU!! They will tell you that's not their job and call the number on the back of your card, but when you call that number no one will answer. Pretty much all they do is steal your money to look up insurances which if you own a smart phone you can do it yourself for free! Omg where do I start. First off Jayson is awesome. He's the branch manager and he really goes above and beyond for his customers. I called in and he assisted me right away. I was slightly irritable when I got there because I was trying to register my car and needed to buy some insurance first! I was able to work with Alejandro to get this squared away super quickly.. When I first went into Freeway insurance to pick up a updated insurance card the first guy tried to throw a bunch of papers in my face and make me stay for 30 mins so i left. I called back up their the next day and talk to another guy (Ricardo). He simply told me to come back up their and he will print out my insurance cards and have it ready for me on his desk. The worst insurance company not only in California, but in whole world. I am giving one star because there is no option for any lower rating. I have paid $400 of down payment. I have authorized them to withdraw monthly payment from my account. They did not withdraw money from my account, waited 7 days, and cancelled my policy with absolutely no calls, text messages, or emails warning about the cancellation. I have checked my account balance and noticed that insurance payment was not withdrawn. So I gave them a call to find out that my policy was cancelled without ANY kind of notification to me. On top of that, customer service person asked me if I wanna pay late payment fee to continue with them. I refused and she reminded me that if I do not pay the late payment fee i will have to pay another down payment. What a good reminder after they have cancelled my policy not before they cancel it. What a professional way to rob people's money?!? read more

Freeway Insurance!! Need I say more?! You hear their ad on the radio all the time (if you still listen to the radio lol). First of all my driving record isn't something to brag about. My policy with Geico was actually dropped because of it. I tried AAA and their quote was kind of outrageous if you ask me. So I decided to try this insurance company that I've been hearing about, and it was one of the most intelligent financial decisions I've made this year. I walked in this place and was instantly greeted by a woman, Carmen, who was very beautiful might I add, and naturally I responded with something sweet. She said her scheduled appointment was canceled so she accommodated me into that slot. We got straight down to business and I was offered a quote I couldn't refuse. The manager of the office, Jayson, introduced himself and proceeded to finalize my policy. I was uncertain of why she called the manager, but soon realized she was a new hire. With her knowledge about insurance and her professionalism, I wouldn't have guessed in a million years that she was a new employee. I can tell that this office properly trains their employees and is supervised very well!! My experience here was better than I expected and I definitely recommend this office to everyone seeking affordable insurance, with or without a clean driving record.
