I called Hadley to file a claim and then managed the cleanup and repair of the damages. Three weeks and $12K after the incident, the adjuster called to say that the claim had been denied. He told me that my agent had sold me a "sham" Basic policy that covers volcano damages and a list of other things, but not broken pipes. When I confronted Hadley, she told me that "I should have known" what I was purchasing, but an email that she sent me says she had found the best policy for me. She never even gave me the pricing or opportunity to purchase a better policy. My new agent found me a great policy that does cover broken pipes for $500 less per year. I would NEVER recommend H. Linwood Insurance Services and/or Hadley Wood to anyone.

After (and still) having Steve handle my companies health insurance for the last few years I'm ready to write a review. As with most people dealing with an insurance company it's a big pain in the rare and our experiences are no exception. After about a year of Steve asking me to allow him to take care of issues that come up with the insurance company and that I should trust him to take care of it. Again after a year of going in circles with Blue Shield I was so discouraged I said OK YOU HANDLE IT! He did, he has and he still is. I'm sleeping better and now when I can't get Blue Shield to process my prescription medications correctly I just send Steve an email and he takes care of it. The best thing about it doesn't cost me or my company anything for him to resolve these issues for us. I'm so impressed with him I've recommended him to others and they all have high praise for him. Fortunately a friend referred me to Steve and he broke down all the policies that would work for us, went over the data, and answered questions until it made sense.
