Well, we got insurance from Freeway insurance in the city of San Bernardino. We went a week ago to add another vehicle. The lady told us that the policy was gonna run out this month so we will have to do a new one. We proceeded with the paperwork and she said that the policy might be a little higher, but if anything we can come back and we look for a different policy that's under our budget so then the rain came and I guess the building got rain inside so we had to go to the other office on hospitality Lane mind you we paid 300 and something dollars now they're telling us that we have to pay again because the other lady did not do her job the right way. This is ridiculous. This is actually freeway insurance by hospitality Lane were more helpful and let us know that they can help us out. I would not recommend going to the one in San Bernardino of Highland. They don't know what they're doing. read more

Canceled our policy we had through them due to bad customer service. We had a claim that was made mid year and had some issues with our claim, national general let us know freeway insurance had done a mistake on our policy and to make freeway insurance aware of it so it could be corrected and our claim could go through and that freeway insurance needed to contact national general for this. We went over this with Roger Garcia at freeway insurance since we opened our policy with him, he let us know that he would contact national general and keep us updated. However he never called us and we would call him and no answer, keep in mind we gave it some time but we never received any update. This ending with our claim never going through and policy never being corrected. We tried going through different agents to get this fixed but they kept leading us back to Roger since he started our policy and with no help from anyone we decided to cancel. read more

I had recently wrote a review about this place. I want to say I take it back. These people claim to be helping and they tack on that brokers fee of $250 plus when I talk to the insurance company they informed me my start up fee was $128. When the agent Nancy had tried charging me $168. I since then went and canceled my Insurance with them and have been getting calls saying I owe this $250. well I've don some research and it seems that I don't. How Can I Tell If a Broker is Ripping Me Off? First off, responsible auto insurance brokers will include the broker fee in the down payment they quote you originally. 'Broker fee mills' (as they are unflatteringly known in the industry) often do not disclose the fee until you are sitting across the desk from them. They know that once the customer is there, ready to sign, they are much less likely get up and walk just to start the whole process all over again. It is the old "Bait and Switch" and they do it every day. If the auto insurance quote they gave you goes up when you get to their office, even though nothing else has changed, get up and walk. If that is how they operate, how can you ever trust them not to gouge you and to look out for your interests? Second, if you are good at paying your auto insurance premium and your insurance needs are pretty run of the mill, there is no reason to pay fees over and over and over. Fees to start the policy with a company they use regularly, fees to make a change to the policy (big red flag), fees for them to accept a payment from you... All those fees add up and can dramatically increase the cost of your car insurance. I WENT WITH PROGRESSIVE AND MY PAYMENTS ARE LOWER I GET MORE COVERAGE. So.....before I stopped by this place that shares 10 parking spots with 5 shops, I called an insurance broker. Broker told me about progressive, gave me a quote for my new car which was $125/month with 165 down to start the policy. Went into this office and they came up with different number. I mentioned it and asked why it was all of a sudden $150/ month with a $463 down deposit!! For only a 6 month policy!!!! The older man there stated "that's the lowest I can get you" and I asked why would a broker tell me those prices if they weren't valid and his response was "to get you to come into the office" so I left and came back with them negotiating a deal for me and I see two more clients tell him the same this about a broker giving them false prices "to get them to come in" I needed insurance asap so unfortunately o had to get it through them but as soon as the policy ends in 6 months I'm finding someone else..I think this place is a joke... read more

They give you a price over the phone and when you go in it's alot more, they add outrageous brokers fees (which they don't tell you about until after you are signing up), and they try to take everything you have for a down even though on the phone they say there isn't one. They are totally dishonest and even try to take your money after you have legitimately canceled. There corporate office is equally corrupt. Worst company ever. I bought a new car and my dealership offered me insurance with them for one month, I paid $250 for ONE month which is ridiculous!
