Horrible service ! I have not been told crucial information every time I buy an insurance policy For example : someone helped me and forgot to tell me that I had to pay an extra $300 to even get that insurance on top of the $201 that the insurance requires in one full payment. And I just recently bought a new insurance and the lady who helped me was like great they will charge you on the 14th ! Of every month and now I have to call them to ask why it charged me on the 18th instead and they are of no help. They just say well there's nothing we can do. They lie and forgot crucial information . There is a reason why I pay my bills early because I have other bills and forgetting multiple times about extra $300 to $400 is so suspicious. Point is every time I get an insurance policy I have to call them because they something wrong or gave me false info. I am only with this insurance because I have to wait a full year to get real an honest insurance places like progressive or State Farm because of the new California laws. So I called to get a quote for an auto insurance and I get transferred 3 times then I talk to an agent which of course she apologizes but instead of dealing with the situation and answering my question she tries to explain (give an excuse on why I was transferred) lady I do not care I just want direct answers to the question I have but she chose to keep wasting my time instead of providing me with the correct information or quote. Update: I have changed my review due to the wonderful customer service provided by Matthew and Rene to rectify this situation. They have been very understanding and accommodating to help with my new policy. If you are looking to open a policy and want to go to freeway insurance, these two gentlemen are the ones you should speak to. I would give a negative star is that was an option. I had an appointment with a woman named Stephanie at this location for 7pm. I drove 30 mins to get to this location on time, once I arrived the door was locked and there was no one inside. I stood out side to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was busy in the back. An additional 25 mins flew by and no one came to the door. This company is beyond embarrassing for anyone to try and open a policy with. They clearly do not care about their customers due to the lack in customer service. I would never do business with a company that can not keep their appointment or at the least notify the customer. Terrible terrible company and a waste of time read more

Amazing! Cynthia was absolutely amazing. After a couple quotes from other brokers and being shocked about policy prices, I decided to call Freeway insurance. I was getting a quote for my boyfriend's two trucks. Cynthia was quick to find the most affordable price. Not only was the service speedy, it was actually less expensive than my boyfriend's previous policy that lapsed. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I had all the details about the policy before anything was signed. I called in the evening after work and expected to be rushed off the line since it was nearing the end of their office hours. To my surprise it was the complete opposite.
