Tried calling the company line first but it was a complete waste of time. I can't ever get a hold of anyone in Customer Service by phone or through the chat feature. Then they went back in and reinstated my policy to change it to the 5th to charge me for the 1 day they didn't collect before sending the refund. So because they made a mistake I have to pay for it according to Julius in the dispute department after having to call 3 times for getting hung up on, then being placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Do not go with liberty mutual, seems like they just care about money and not customer service.
