My 8 year old was bit in his face the dog drew blood leaving my son with two scars on his face! I reached out to corporate explaining my concerns, One of my concerns was, the dog is either not a purebred or is inbred, and the temperament for my children was unexpected and not something that was going to be acceptable in my home. The lady offered to work with me either taking the pup back or compensating I explained to her that I would be getting a DNA test on the dog once I received his DNA test. I reached back out and they were unreachable. No one has ever followed back up with me and with his DNA test the dog has IVDD which is a spinal disease that will require surgery that's over $10,000. Still I cannot get a response. Nobody followed up. Nobody returned my messages. I definitely would not recommend buying a dog from this pet Store. They obviously don't do research on their breeders, this shows that their breeders do not have good breeding practices and they're just buying Dogs to resell them.

I brought home a little guy who was born right before Xmas 2025 and everyone, and I mean everyone, who has met him just thinks he's the cutest thing ever. Strangers, neighbors, people in stores, the vet and vet techs...everyone. He is mostly confident, he does startle sometimes with new loud sounds, but he stays put to see how I react. He does play hard w/ the 10 y/o corgi at my house, and also with my friend's two puppies, he really holds his own, but as puppies go, he's really calm (and I would say he was the most calm of his five siblings, based on the video I saw and Cathy's input). I would say they are as de-sensitized as they could be, after eight weeks (when we can adopt them). He is very sweet and very cute, and has been learning commands over the past few weeks (he is just coming up on 15 weeks old tomorrow). I hope to take him back to see Cathy and Mike the next time I get to PHX.

The way they train the puppies early on really helped them to feel that crates are a safe space. We were amazed at how little training it took us when we first got Luna. Luna was also desensitized by all the different sounds and she was so calm and happy when she came home with us. Cathy and Mike guided us throughout our first few weeks by recommending Baxter & Bella to help us prepare for our puppy. Cathy is always available for questions and she constantly updates her breeder recommendation page to keep us updated. Cathy also allowed us to come to visit anytime for Luna to see her parents again and play with the other Cotons! We are really grateful for everything Cathy and Mike recommended and have helped us throughout this year. I can't wait to one day get another puppy from them when Luna is a little older.

Between the two of them, their backyards are like Disneyland for dogs. Their set up is very impressive and they treat the moms and babies like the precious gifts they are. "Gina" left her review on the wrong breeder account, sad how people are so careless. The other gal is bitter she can't have breeding rights, I thought it was generous of Dani to offer to pay for the neutering surgery, since a testicle hadn't dropped, it's a more costly surgery. The dog is perfectly healthy.

We have been boarding our labrador retriever at Master's Kennels in Gilbert for years. They got her to vet hospital and stayed with her until we could be reached and coordinated with. We were across the country and it made us feel so at ease to know they cared enough to take care of her and offer her support in so many different ways. Their kettles are always clean and air-conditioned and our dog always looks forward to going and is so excited to get out of the car.
