Service department was rude. They had my vehicle for a whole day for a simple oil change and recall that was programming related. They didn't work on my vehicle until an hour before closing time (it was dropped off early in the morning) and didn't want to finish the work, so they kept it overnight to finish it until the following morning. Good thing we have other vehicles that I can drive or I would have had to miss work. Service tech would not work with me, only wanted to do what was "easier for him" when it came to making arrangements for someone to pick it up for me while I was at work. I'm disappointed in the way I was treated. I've never had luck, as a woman, dealing with the service department at this location. read more

DISHONEST -- dirty work. I believed they damaged my car. I emailed service and explained the little damage. they first blamed tow truck driver, then blamed me. they went as far as to examine that my car had the damage upon arrival. I knew and Know this to be a lie. I do have witnesses .. BUT WAIT ownwer was so rude and had his rehearsed script about how they inspected my car and . . . blah blah.. he never listened to me. Owner says the damage is reported on their worksheet. I know this is a lie. yet, they said it was damaged, and had it on visual inspection and work report. if the owner took the time to listen to his customer, ME, he would not need to lie. he would not need to stand by the lie, with even more lies, until the whole band of them all lie together. owner to arrogant and busy being dishonest than to listen and figure out the issue. 1. They sold my daughter a lemon of a car. It's been in and out of the shop for the past three months. 2. The shop can't seem to repair it. Once one thing is fixed, the next day something else goes wrong. Why can't they just fix it all at once? 3. They don't give loaners. My husband had a stroke and was flown up to Casper. I had to wait an hour for my daughter to drive home with my car before I could leave for the hospital. DO NOT buy from these people! read more

Do not take your car for service to this location, the technicians there are not the best ones and may damage your vehicle

My car broke down and these guys did everything to try and get me back on the road safely. On top of that, they made sure my son was well entertained with new toys and fed while we waited. Carrie is a first-rate individual and a true professional, dedicated, helpful and willing to go beyond her normal duties to ensure successful delivery. Case in point, Carrie sacrificed her Friday evening to stay for several hours after the official closing of the dealership, to make sure the secret gift for my friend's wife was handed over on time. How many associates would do that for their clients...not many, but Carrie did just that. FRAUD! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE MAINTENANCED AT THIS GARAGE! The employees are falsely claiming issues with vehicles that do not exist! They believed they could pull a fast one on me thinking I was ignorant. I took my GMC YUKON DENALI in because my temperature gauge was not functioning correctly. They claimed that there were multiple issues that needed to be fixed immediately or I would be stranded shortly down the road. This Model of Yukon is equipped with a feature called air ride. They walked me back to the AIR COMPRESSOR for my air ride feature and claimed that it was the FUEL PUMP and the noise it was making when they start the vehicle means means that the fuel pump is going out that it will need to be replaced and would cost upwards of $1,000 but it must be fixed immediately if I wanted to make it more than a few miles down the freeway. They also made many more false claims about the condition of my vehicle. I later took my vehicle to my hometown mechanic who is honest and he was enraged at how FRAUDULENT this company is and said there were absolutely NO ISSUES beyond my temperature gauge sticking. This garage needs to be exposed to the public! read more
