Asked if I wanted a drink. Btw, didn't realize they serve alcohol in Texas salons. A plus! Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because I do not get gel nails. Had a manicure with regular polish. They didn't have a fan or anything to dry in between nor after. The tech barely spoke to me but I don't think she spoke English. Which was fine. She was young and cute and did a great job! Only thing I would have liked to have seen was a dryer for us old school, natural nail girls. Need a small natural nail dryer! You can get one anywhere. This is my new nail salon. I've been going for about a year. There is a frequent loyalty program that gives you points and $ off. They also have coupons that they text out. The space is plentiful and provides opportunities for large parties to come in and sit together. It also kind of looks like they might have photo op spots- but I can't tell if that's what they were trying to do. My nails are hit or miss. I struggle overall with any salon getting them to last longer than 2 weeks (dip with tip). I would say this place is the same. There are always new techs so I haven't found one I'm loyal to yet but there is potential. read more

Very clean, professional salon. Checking in at the front desk was quick and easy. I had an online appointment but they also take walkins. Beverages of all types were offered- soft drinks, water, even a cocktail menu. My technician was friendly and polite. She complimented the color I selected for my dip powder replacement and checked on my comfort several times. The service itself was very quick- removal and application in just 45 or 50 minutes. I've never been in and out so fast. Here's the kicker- $48 for a dip powder manicure and it was chipping the very next day. The person i had chosen at random online to book my appointment, his name is justin, send the receptionist to inform me that he was not comfortable doing men's feet. Thought i respect his choice, i don't agree any employee at any establishment should be allow to discriminate a customer. Perhaps the employer shouldn't allow male clients to be able to book him online thus avoiding the embarrassment of being deny service by an employee i have never met in-front of other customers. Had a really fun experience getting pedicures here with a friend! The staff were warm and welcoming when we walked in and offered us complimentary drinks. The pricing was fair for the services provided and competitive with other nail salons in the area. I got a gel pedicure, which has really worked out well. It's been two weeks and still looks like I just got them done! They had a wide selection of nail color to choose from and I didn't feel rushed at all. I really loved my nails but the website says 7 day guarantee. I went on May 22nd and it is now May 30th.I got a short acrylic set with regular french tip & my nails are already lifting, the acrylic tip wasn't even glued to my real nail as there a gap between the acrylic nail and my real nail & he didn't cut my natural nails, there is a corner on a few nails that have discoloration. some of the nails are flat and had to file the sides a little bit. I believe I had Jordan or Jason (not sure what his name is) do my nails and he was a little rough and in a rush. The lady's there in the front are really nice and the place looks good. The nails on their website are really nice I think I just had the wrong nail tech. And remember my experience may not be your experience. read more

She had me checkin then seated me. My nail tech Natalie came over quickly after I was seated. I was offered a complimentary drink before she started working on my nails. This was my first time at French nails in Grapevine. I got a gel pedicure with Ken and dip manicure with Lilly. Both Ken and Lilly took their time to make sure I liked the length and shape of my nails. Lilly did a test on a fake nail to make sure I liked the color. my final thoughts: I originally came here to this location, was turned away an hour and a half before closing and the owner reached out via email stating I could get a free service if I came back. I came back and instead of taking the free service I insisted on paying 50%. With the phone -I verified today that it does go to someone's cell the receptionist, it's unfortunate that they continuously let the phone go to voicemail seeing how they are not busy at all. she (the receptionist)verified today when I attempted to get another service to soak off; I called through her call log. Attempted to come in today to get my nails soaked off because the gel popped off. Was greeted rudely by the Tec and I decided that I would go somewhere else and get my nails soaked off. Came here on 2 separate occasions and both times were wonderful. Mya gave me a nice dip mani and Jason gave me a nice gel pedi -- it's been about 2 weeks and they're both still in good shape (no breaks, chips, lifting). I came today for their head spa service, Mya did a great job and I will definitely do it again; I like that they use Dermalogica and korean face mask for their facials. The receptionist(?) asked for feedback on the service and I let her know the table would be better if there was more cushion to it and bolster/pillows for under your knees -- they def will make those changes so that's why I'm sticking with the 5 stars. The place is huge, bright, and airy. They have a bar with many different drink options (alcoholic and non). They have a nice, throwback at times, music playlist going as well. read more

UPDATE TO THEIR GOOGLE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: I find it amusing when a business turns THEIR bad behavior on the person providing the feedback. While it was not a walk-in, rather an individual who kept adding services contrary to what she originally booked, a 10 min notice to the next appointment is not suffice as most would have been driving to or arriving at their appointment. IF this was the case and this individual kept adding on services, why wouldn't you have called sooner? Take the next appointments time into consideration? When I was asked to come back in an hour or use someone else, I declined both as a.) I was there and was not going to be the last appointment so they would be rushing my service so that they could close; and b.) it took me using 5 different people before I found the one that did a GREAT job! If a business does not want feedback, or only wants POSITIVE feedback provided, then remove yourself from platforms that allow consumers to share their opinions. As consumers, we use that feedback to determine if we will proceed in using that business. I am one that will provide both positive and negative feedback for various businesses depending on MY experience! This particular business will do raffles for new iPhones, free services, etc. if you leave only positive feedback regardless of your true experience or opinion. This is not helpful or honest to others. I was contacted by them after a previous experience that was less than adequate and asked to change my review. When I declined they were less than happy. A prior employee reached out to make it right, though I declined her offer of 50% off all services, we still went back to give them that opportunity. If I was looking for a "free-ride" I would have taken the 50% off offer instead of paying full price. When I was contacted by Max, he clarified some things, to which I updated my review with, however, because I did not delete the review, he or someone there proceeded to make negative comments about myself and others who had similar experiences at the salon. I can see why the turn-over rate is insane there. There is only a couple people there from their grand opening in September 2024 still working there (two are a married pair and she is part owner). Management and reception/scheduling is always changing so the personal touches and knowledge has been lost and remains missing. Beyond disappointed! I've been a loyal customer since their opening Sept. 2024 going every 2 weeks for a pedicure with Vivienne and manicure with Ivan. My husband also joins in the pampering. We've stuck with them through their growing pains & turnovers. Today I scheduled my mani/pedi, but as I was pulling up, I get a call saying she's "busy" & to come back in an hour! What was the point in scheduling an appointment at 1:15p for a 3:30p if you were going to take walk-ins and push back appointments? And wait 10 minutes before the appointment to let the person know?
