It also kind of looks like they might have photo op spots- but I can't tell if that's what they were trying to do. My nails are hit or miss. I struggle overall with any salon getting them to last longer than 2 weeks (dip with tip). I would say this place is the same. There are always new techs so I haven't found one I'm loyal to yet but there is potential.

I came in a few days ago for an acrylic set and a simple gel pedicure. I picked out what I believed was a pink sparkly gel polish for my toes. No one told me it was actually just a clear glitter top coat, so when my pedicure was finished, my toes looked like they had little to no polish on them. When I asked if there was any way to switch to an actual color, I was told no. Instead, they just added a sheer pink-tinted top coat, which still looked completely clear. To make matters worse, I was in the salon for FOUR HOURS for an acrylic set and a basic pedicure, despite there only being one other customer there. I was passed around between four different nail technicians, and the entire experience felt disorganized. Throughout it all, I remained kind and respectful. I complimented the pedicure, said I loved my nails, and never complained in person. Meanwhile, my cuticles were cut so aggressively that several fingers were bleeding. When I got home and took a shower, the polish on my right foot literally washed off, and the gel completely peeled off one toe on my left foot. The service wasn't even completed properly. I called the salon and explained what happened. I asked if I could simply come back and have a white gel polish put on my toes since the original polish had failed. The man on the phone agreed and told me to come in. After driving back to the salon and waiting another 30 minutes, I finally sat down, only to be told that he would not be changing the color after all and that I would have to pay. I politely explained that if he wasn't willing to do it, that was his choice, but he shouldn't have told me yes over the phone, made me drive back, and then changed his mind after I had already waited. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he began shouting at me and even announced that he was recording me. I've honestly never experienced customer service like this. Between the four-hour appointment, bleeding cuticles, polish falling off immediately, poor communication, and being yelled at for simply asking them to honor what they had already agreed to, this was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. If you value quality work, honest communication, and respectful customer service, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
