I let the GPS guide me to this little piece of heaven and the rest was history. So the inside is TINY. I don't know what they do about social distancing and whatnot because I was the only customer at that time. I also don't know what they do about inventory because they took what I ordered from the top of the counter and it didn't seem like they were replenishing from the back so maybe it's a situation where they have out what they've made and when they run out it's over? The crust is the perfect consistency. It is thick but not too thick. And while I pretty much love anything strawberry, this jam inside was so delicious I wish they jarred it. Since it's Covid, you can only order online and pick up. You can order ahead and pick it up a couple days later. But order early cause they run out of baked goods fast! There was this one time, I placed my pick up date by mistake for the following week. I was contacted by the owner and confirmed with me If the date I picked was correct. At the prices of $6+ dollars for a single eclair, I feel like I should be able to have the flavoring and cream evenly spread through the eclair. There were two friendly employees behind the counter. The seating area consisted of a hi-top table and five low tables for customer use. Paid cash since minimum credit card use is a $5.00 minimum - which is posted. Sat in the lounge and sipped my hot coffee. They offer beautiful pastries and freshly made empanadas or choripan sandwiches. One interesting item was the cooler full of separately wrapped big 16" frozen pizzas to grab and take home.
