My to go to breakfast place Normally it's just coffee and a treat but today decided to get the breakfast platter . Definitely enough for 2 . This plate used to be 9.99 then 10.99 now $11.99 . Scrambled Eggs with ham , fries, Cuban bread w butter & cafe con leche . Side of bacon is a good price for $1.50 add on , the staff is great always helpful and friendly .

One of my favorite cuban bakery chains, this is the first time I've been to this one and it was excellent! Extremely clean inside, staff was nice and food was great! Ordered a box full of cuban pastries including my favorite the guava and cream cheese pastries as well as some ham croquettes. I also ordered some desserts for later. Highly recommend this place.

This is a newer CAO than the one I normally go too. Came on a Saturday morning and no one on line. Everything tasted good. There was a mix up with my order but it was resolved simply, I paid extra to get my order right. Inside was well lite with music playing on the back ground.

Love the convenient hours, food, coffee, & swiftness of everything. Even if they're busy you're in & out. The restaurant itself is super cute, clean, & spacious. All the workers are really nice & sweet. I enjoy this location.

    Presentation in the promotional flyer.

I purchased 2 trays for my New Year's Eve party and they were completely wrong. When I saw the presentation, I asked for a Manager and the lady in charge (blonde lady, don't remember her name) was very condescending and dismissive. She spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Having worked as a Hotel General Manager for over 20 years, it gives me a wide experience in restaurants and catering and this is by far, the worst ever. Unfortunately, not the first time it happens. One of the sandwiches had mold (already reported to the Dept. of Health). The Holiday Bites Platter was given to me in 2 boxes instead on a tray like it was advertised. See pictures attached.

5-20-23 Was across the street at the dry cleaners thought I would finally stop in for a quick snack. I haven't gone through these doors since it was Wings and Curlz. Believe me the former was nothing to write home about in fact it was gross and that's what lead to it's demise. Now this place is the utter opposite they truly must have gutted the old restaurant as everything inside is clean, fresh and new. In fact it is one big open space. So I read the signs above stand here to order so I get a beef pastelito and a cortadito no sugar. For just $4. truly a bargain. I get it to go once I get in my car I can't help my self and the pastelito is delicious just the perfect balance of meat. As for the cortadito it gave me the jolt of the energy I needed. Definitely will not take me too long to return soon.

Croquetica speaking... stay six feet apart.

Hostess was friendly and sat us right away. Our waitress was a hoot in a way that was great for us (I wish I remembered her name, shout out from the mamajuana ladies). We got a lunch special ropa vieja which was a decent size for lunch. The meat was good but the sauce was a little thin (tomato sauce like) for us. We also got a masas de puerco which was good (the onions were perfect), a little leaner normal if you want to be bad but not too bad. They carry a rum type called mamajuana that my lunch companion had told me about almost a year ago but we hadn't seen anywhere. They serve it in an old fashioned but we got a shot to try straight. While rum is not my first or even second choice of spirit, the mamajuana is my first choice of rum! I will definitely be back to try it in the old fashioned. Another highlight, our waitress introduced me to a light sugar colada (grew up in the 305 and never been offered that, probably sacrilege lol) and for me it was perfect!!

We couldn't believe we came across this spot. Honestly better than Cuban food we had in little Havana. The ladies serving us were very friendly and nice. In search of good coffee, found this café by chance just driving around old Hollywood. The fresh squeeed cold watermelon drinks were on the counter but a little pricey for me. The gender neutral bathroom was clean with wood flooring, a white pedestal sink and a Phalaenopsis orchid flower arrangement on a 3-tier metal shelf as decor.

Food was delicious, from appetizer to main entree. Recommendations were made and I went with all of them. Pork belly chunks that were seasoned with salt and pepper, and lemon was added afterward for a little more punch in the flavor. Shrimp creole was delicious. The red beans and rice mix makes you want to keep having more and mixing it all together gives you a flavorful punch in your mouth. Mofongo, aka , masked green plantains are only for those looking for something a little dry with flavor. Mines had steak and it was drizzled with mojito sauce and oil. Our server was excellent and recommended flipping it over to have the juice flow into the mofongo which she went ahead and did.. steak was well done and when mixed in had a great combination of flavor.. Ambiance feels like a local P.R spot, flags, art, music, and very fun ambiance. Enjoyed it. Definitely when I'm in the area will come again..
