Nikki is super-reliable, always on time for pickups, extraordinarily friendly, and I swear Pocket would stay with her all the time if she could (woe is me but that's the breaks). Pocket has a habit of getting in other dogs faces, regardless of size, in a desperate attempt to make out with them. This can be dangerous with some dogs and Nikki has done an excellent job of working with her to curb the behavior. She also taught her recall which Pocket is a champ at, as a result. Nikki's normal pickup time for me was 10am and starting around 0930 EVERY MORNING my dog would just sit and wait in eager anticipation for Nikki's arrival. And then promptly go absolutely bananas when Nikki arrived. I would trust Nikki 100% with any dog. She clearly loves them and cares for them immensely.

We felt incredibly lucky when we met Nikki. Within a week of starting walks with her, he was waiting at the door to head out at pick-up time. She does an amazing job of not only making the dogs feel comfortable but us as the owners too. It provided great peace of mind, especially starting out, that she always had a few minutes to chat about how things were going and would text photos of walks from that day. And not to forget the best part, sometimes you get surprised with these hilarious dress-up photos like when she gave our little guy a neck warmer or dressed him up like a Viking on Halloween! Nikki is honestly awesome and if you want great care and amazing daily walks for your dog, I'd highly recommend Wigwag Club!

Our dog, Shaka, just loved spending time with her and the other pups she cared for. We were a little worried at first about his temperament being around others (humans and other animals) since he gets a little skittish, but he seemed to thrive there. When it was pick-up time, he was always happy and seemed to sleep very well from getting his exercise and socialize in. (He also smelled great on his longer stays. Thank you for the baths!) Jen is super flexible and communicative. We were so appreciative of this since we tend be rather spontaneous and would ask to drop him off the day before sometimes. We also would extend his stay last minute, for example, when we were taking road trips and wanted to stop for the night instead of driving all the way through a town. (Sorry and thank you so much, Jen!) Shaka has stayed over from one day to two weeks (possibly more), and each time, we've received text updates from her and even pictures of him happy with his friends. I always looked forward to those. Shaka passed away early last year, and I've been meaning to write this for a long time to say, "Thank you, Jen!" for being such a wonderful caregiver and trustworthy and friendly person overall. We do not let our dog free-roam when we are not home, and our house was not set up for it. There was trash in the trash cans that she could have eaten, and any number of things she could have gotten into that could be harmful to her. She also urinated and pooped on the carpet. In my bedroom. So I was cleaning that up at midnight after traveling. And of course I cannot stop smelling it. It's going to take getting the carpet cleaned. We have had this dog for 5 years and this is the first time she has EVER peed or pooped in the house. She also peed and pooped again when I took her out when I got home. This is very outside of normal for her and it makes me wonder if she was actually getting let out on her visits. I will be checking our cameras to see.
