Haven't been here in awhile. We started with a bottle of Bordeaux. Both of us ordered escargot. Melt in your mouth- delicious. We had some crusty bread for dipping. We then ordered beef bourguignon. Was very rich & delicious. It came with potatoes gratin. Hubby had pistachio rum cake for dessert. I tasted it- very yummy indeed. The restaurant is cozy & very intimate . Great for date night or special occasions. Will be back to try other things on the menu.

12/11/2024- Small cute place . Inside and outside seating . We went for the crepes Wednesday - Sunday. Awesome choice sweet & savory .i went with choose my own from a few columns. I choose bacon, chicken, brie, it comes also with a small side salad . G went with a breakfast, French toast Nutella, whipped cream plus a nice ripe banana. I watch him make my crepe, it was outside the crepe machines. It had so much of everything . Took half home .

    Quiet and delicious

Food was delicious. Thank goodness for a quiet/romantic restaurant. It is a small restaurant with a big heart

Parking - located in the Lauderdale By the Sea area, parking is always hard but totally worth the effort and cost! Food - traditional French but tasted a bit bland. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked just needed a little more flavor. Service - excellent and inviting. The lady (who we think was the owner) was very nice and made for good conversation. They constantly checked on us to make sure we were okay. Ambiance/Vibe - we went on a Saturday night for dinner. It was pretty empty which we were okay with. We did al fresco dining so it was great for people watching. Return: Maybe we will go to experience lunch

Another great dining experience last night. The duck breast was delicious, they even put an Au poivre sauce on mine because I think I'm allergic to mango, which was in the regular sauce. Service is great, but it's not a place you go to if you're in a hurry.

Frenchy's is a small French restaurant located by Lauderdale by the Sea that can be described as an intimate and genuine French dining experience. As we arrived we noticed how important a reservation is here as there are only about 9-10 tables. The single waitress greeted us immediately and right away you could tell she has been a mainstay of this restaurant for many years. She happily explained how the menu worked and talked to us in great detail about the entire wine list. As a decorated sommelier she told us stories about each bottle of wine and you could tell how passionate she was about the profession. She made excellent recommendations of the escargot and the lamb that ended up being fantastic. We had also wanted to sample the French onion soup (as anyone should at a French restaurant!) and it was pretty good as well. We loved this restaurant and I will be recommending it to all of my local friends. Places like this are hidden gems and should be shared and celebrated!

They do fuzzy math when "honoring" a Groupon. They did not honor a reservation made online from their website. Inside only holds 27 diners... 8-2s, 2-4s and 1-3!!. 4 more tables outdoors. Charged 20% tip for Groupon. Only credited $112 towards bill. Now the food. Still delicious and above average... Getting very stingy with bread and butter. French Onion soup took 20 minutes to arrive and then was too hot to eat for another 10..was delicious except for 3 full peppercorns hiding amongst the onions. Wife's pear salad appetizer was excellent and large. Potatoes and veggies are excellent.., skimpy on protein and sauces, but delicious. Desserts are good but limited choices. Service is slow/European.... Lots of new fine print on Groupon and Menu... Not sure why they tarnish the mostly pleasant experience with Fuzzy Math!! Dinner for 2 with Groupon discount and "extra-up-charges" and service charges was still relatively reasonable at $125.

5-star food, 5-star service, 5-star ambience. Terrific food with amazingly friendly service in a quaintly charming space. Not to be like the Soviet judge rating the Moscow Olympic skater, but this was a perfect 5 in every way! My even-cheaper-than-me partner found a great Groupon deal (2 x 3-course meal including wine, $75), so we trekked a county away for my birthday dinner. This food lived up to the great reviews here on Yelp and other sites; it was incredible. French onion soup is always a good gauge of a French bistro, and theirs is out of this world, plus among the best I've had anywhere in the world. Duck breast magret (hey it was my b-day, so cholesterol be damned) was amazingly good. It's cooked with what seemed to be a mango sauce and currants (I think) on top. This duck died for a very good cause. Creme brûlée was also absolutely perfect. Service here is stellar the minute you walk in the door. It's a tiny bistro, so there's just the one server and one chef. The server was professional, competent and friendly. He was also very funny, and got us laughing a minimum of 5 times. Edith the chef is also a sweetheart. Ambience here is quaint French bistro meets palm trees with holiday lights. The space is tiny and has a lot of regulars (reservations are a very good idea). Even the parking lot is welcoming, with a lot of sparkling lights, nice art and landscaping. I'm usually not big on places that bang a pot, sing happy birthday, etc., but these folks did a subtle and thoughtful twist. The server overheard us talking about my birthday, and unprompted brought out the creme brûlée with small sparklers in each. He pointed out that the 2 different colored sparklers matched each person's shirt. I haven't had exposure to sparklers since I was 8, so I tried to blow them out like a candle LOL.

Everything is impeccably fresh, beautifully presented, and a must for any seafood lover. But as outstanding as the raw bar is, the real hidden gem is the pizza. The moment you walk in, you'll notice the open pizza kitchen, where the legendary pizzaiolo puts on a master class in craftsmanship. Watching him work the dough by hand and fire each pizza in the world-class oven is part of the experience. It's equal parts artistry and tradition. And whatever you do, order the Spicy Calabrian pizza. The balance of heat, flavor, and perfectly blistered crust is unforgettable. It absolutely knocked my socks off and is one of the best pizzas I've had anywhere. Great food, authentic craftsmanship, and an experience that's worth the trip every single time. Vinnie's continues to set the standard in Delray Beach.

The service was a little slow but the place was busy / understaffed. The menu is huge... they should downsize it to make sure everything is quality and they could bring costs down. Food Calamari - not as good as we had over at Flipside... it wasn't crispy and shouldn't have eaten bunch of it. Glad I didn't get sick. $19 Linguine Pescatore - good flavor, but very runny. Not a very big serving to share. $29 Friend got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It looked like it was a good size portion. We each had a cocktail and EACH paid $65!! Not worth the money. We were thankful that they were serving food late night but recommend making a smaller menu and bring quality up.

Between the live music, karaoke, great service and very reasonable prices, it truly stood out. Our first visit was for dinner with our daughter. Our server was friendly and attentive, and although the restaurant was busy both inside and out, the wait time was surprisingly short. That evening featured karaoke, and the DJ played popular songs that had many guests dancing. When our daughter wanted to join in, I got up and danced with her; it was such a fun and memorable experience. We enjoyed every meal we tried and later returned with my sister and their partner during Sunday happy hour. Notably, it was the only restaurant in the area offering a Sunday happy hour. The menu was varied and offered great value. We were especially impressed by the generous portion of calamari, it was perfectly cooked, crispy, and tender. The ahi tuna appetizer was also excellent. We tried chicken quesadilla and brought some back which tasted better heated up the next day. The Cuban and fries was pretty good too. On one of the visits, our server Chris was attentive, considerate, and had a great sense of humor. Chris took time to answer our questions and offered thoughtful drink recommendations. Overall, this is a fantastic spot; always lively with local regulars, offering great service, delicious food, fair prices, and excellent entertainment. I highly recommend it.
