They have six people working in the office and none of them know what you're talking about. They have never issued anything other than the check up report and rabies certificate we gave your staff. They are checking with Petco Corporate but said they've heard of a vet issuing a "wellness letter" to a groomer. How can you improve? Fire your rude incompetent two bit manager and mean girl workers. Petco is a business that should provide good service to its customers. Not your staff rudely lecturing customers about what they want the customer to do when they show up for an appointment that took a month to get. It was a total waste of our time and we will not be back. My hope is those who take time to read this review will arrive at the same conclusion and run for the hills. This place is not worth the brain damage. Stay away.

I brought my dog in for an 8:30am grooming appointment, but it wasn't until 8:55 when the manager finally arrived and opened the shop. She apologized, but quickly followed it with excuses. I remained polite, but when I asked a few basic questions about the services, she responded with unnecessary rudeness. She had told me I'd receive a call 20 minutes before my dog was finished so I could plan my pickup accordingly. Instead, she called after he was already done. When I mentioned I was 20 minutes away, she became short and dismissive over the phone. When I arrived, she didn't greet me, she just punched the total into the card reader. I asked how my dog did during the groom, and again, her tone was rude and unwelcoming, though she briefly said he did fine. Before the appointment, I had clearly explained how I wanted my dog groomed, including trimming his tail and face like we always do. Neither was done properly, his tail looked untouched, and his face was barely trimmed. On top of that, his ears were still wet, suggesting they didn't fully dry him. His legs were patchy and unevenly groomed as well as around his groin area was untouched. He looked bad. To make matters worse, she was texting on her phone as I was checking out. This experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Another thing is that they told us $80 for everything and then told us its $95 when we were coming to pick her up. My boyfriend told them he heard $80, so the woman on the phone said "if thats what you heard, then thats what you heard." In a very rude and condescending tone. They regularly share updates on her day, report cards, photos and videos about her day. They practice some basic training skills and have lots of play time.
