Immediately, we felt so welcomed as we entered and they freely let us browse and assisted us with anything we needed, completely different from other furniture stores in town. We also learned that all their furniture can be customized to the exact measurement we wanted and that is always a plus! The quality, price, and customer service is hands down the best! Delivery was also very affordable for only $105 from their Mckinney store all the way to The Colony. Ted and Drake delivered my couch and they were so nice and gave me alot of recommendations to keep it from sliding and even told me where to buy the fabric spray when I opted out of the fabric spray option. I believe they went above and beyond to provide customers with a amazing expeircne and will recommend them to all my friends and family!

One was a heavy handmade oak futon and the recliner I bought from here a couple years ago. Realistically I was thinking I'd pocket maybe $150-200. My check for 87 cents just arrived. No explanation or anything. 87 cents. I called twice to discuss (I wanted to know what the actual hell happened) but I've been told they aren't sure and that someone would call me. It's been three weeks. They have a slew of complaints on the BBB site. Should've checked. Just bought a power leather recliner from here for $279. Yes, it was used, but it is in great condition and 1/3 of the price of it new. Sales people were nothing but friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Overall a great experience at a very clean store with really reasonable prices. They made sure to point out defects and be honest and that really speaks to the character of this place. The only thing I didn't like was that they hire out a third party mover to deliver, and it's $75 am hour with a minimum of one hour. I live two miles from here. Thank goodness I was able to get it in my Jeep. I'm not fond of third party movers and I think it's a little steep for delivery just down the road. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

We had a poor experience with KS Woodcraft. We're interior designers in Chicago and we ordered a…read morecustom table from them for one of our clients. The table had a leg welding at an angle and damage to the top. We have access to a wood shop and KS paid for the refinishing of the top but they would not take responsibility for the angled leg which the client would not accept. Repairing the leg which required disassembling the table, transporting it to a metal shop, having it worked on, getting client approval, then having it shipped back and reassembled cost us about $650. In our work, it's impossible for us to leave a client hanging but KS left us hanging.

We found ourselves at Weir's during an exhaustive (and exhausting) search for a new sofa and…read moreloveseat. I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.
