Compared to other of the chain locations, management can spend attention on layout, merchandising and helping the customer's visual frame of reference. It's a little chaotic. I have been to a lot of Home Goods stores lately namely because they had an incredible deal on some plates that are normally about five to seven times higher at other retail locations. In order to complete the set and have seating for eight I needed to make a few trips to some of their stores. Apparently other people knew the deal on these particular plates as well so the pieces were pretty picked over and it took me a while to find the complete set. My adventurous paid off and I now have my set. On the course of finding my dishes it gave me a great comparative View of several home goods stores. This particular store is probably the nicest of any that I visited on my journey. I was really impressed by the layout and how orderly everything in the store was. read more

This location has a great selection but usually has a super long line. I was impressed today that there were five registers open and there was a woman directing the line, so they moved quickly. It's mixed with clothing and shoes items but is about 80% home merchandise so much better than most mixed HG/TJ Maxx locations. Many good things to select from, however there is always a super long line to check out as they only have a couple of cashiers. Seems like they could take a few people off the floor from putting out merchandise to help customers check out faster. I've never been here when there wasn't a super long line to check out. You have to really want what you pick up because you'll be in line longer than you were shopping. read more

If you've never been to Home Goods you are missing out! I visit this location once a week, no shame. They have the greatest items from home decor, clothing, accessories, kitchen items, etc...all at amazing prices. A bit of advice, if you see something you like but aren't sure of GET IT! It won't be there the next time you return. That's what I love it about, they don't carry a stock pile of the same items. The store does seem overly crowded due to the amount of stuff the carry, so be ready to bump elbows with others. The staff is generally nice, check out lines are always long. Normally I don't blame stores for their customers behaviors but this time I must. There are two women after Rae Dunn Items that will run over elderly people all while the employees and mangers turn a blind eye. These two ladies (I use the word loosely for these two) pride themselves on running through the store to get to pottery. One went so far as to snatch an item out of another customers hands. When it was reported to the manager, they wanted the lady that was upset to leave the store and not the two that pushed down the elderly lady or snatched the piece from the woman's hands. I was appalled at this managers attitude and to be honest the two supposedly grown women who felt their behavior was appropriate. Will never go back to this store again. Horrible that you would let customers treat others that way. read more

This is a pretty okay Home Goods. What is pretty okay? Pretty okay means not hot with new items all of the time, but not picked over either. What makes them pretty okay? Layout: This store is connected to a TJ Max so you can shop for designer shoes on a bargain while getting throw pillows and gourmet snacks. Fun times! Merchandise: typical Home Goods merchandise. Nothing found here will knock your socks off compared to other locations. Staff: I would give them a 5 alone. Always friendly, they move the lines pretty fast and they're always willing to crack jokes. read more

This Home Goods is connected to a TJ Maxx where there are deals abound. Love that we can usually find what we need here at a reasonable price. The downside of shopping here is that the two stores are always packed with people. Products and shelves are disorganized. The aisles are full of temp shelves and displays, which makes is hard to move around especially if someone is stopped in the aisle. Almost feels like they need a bigger space. read more

Plan to take your time when shopping here. It's a tad bit chaotic, cluttered, and somewhat messy, but worth it. I was shopping for work office décor and found some really nice items in a beautiful color. Prices were reasonable. The aisles are too small and cramped with stuff, so be patient with other shoppers. One of the sales clerks was stocking an aisle/shelf, so between her and the pole in the middle, I couldn't even get down the aisle to check out what was available. TJ Maxx is on the other side. I had about a 5 minute wait in line. You never know what you might find in a store like this, so come open minded and ready to browse. read more

The employees at this location were nothing short of rude and unprofessional!!! I was trying to return some items and they made it EXTREMELY difficult to do so!!! This is a great place to check out when doing any redecorating in our home! Because the inventory is always changing, you just never know what you will find. The prices are pretty good in general. Some stuff is a better deal than others. You can find some awesome deals! Great place for sheets, random home decor, and gifts. It does run a little messy and cluttered. I went here for the first time a couple of days ago. The store was so cluttered I could not make heads or tails of anything. I almost feel like they are short handed. There was one lady working away at straightening the store, I did find two young men in the corner of the store where the dog and cat supplies were just talking and doing nothing. Even with just 3 people that is clearly not enough staff. I would have stayed longer but it was so disorganized that it was overwhelming. This was on a weekday at about 12. Not a bad store, it's actually quite large but rather cluttered. Very hard to maneuver through the aisles at times but I have found some great items here. I have been sad though because I can never find any Rae Dunn in this location and I have been here several times on different days of the week. The lines are usually pretty massive but they do go through them very quick. The biggest disappointment in this store is the children's shoe selection on the tjmaxx side, there are maybe only like five pairs at most for each gender. read more

Unfriendly cashiers but this particular homegoods is stocked so well! Whoever does truck or warehouse or whatever is doing a bang up job. I always find the best glasses/vases for terrariums and succulents. Even a cute fish bowl. My favorite thing at homegoods besides the nice towels and bathroom rugs is the random imported type foods they get. Organic tortilla chips for dayyyyys. Also the spices they get in are excellent for cooking with. Making it hard to choose whether to get my spices here or Tuesday morning ha. Worst service ever! Waited at the jewelry counter for 30-45 minutes waiting to be helped, and they just kept helping everyone that came after me. When I finally saw what I wanted and it didn't fit, I asked if they'd check out my 3 accessories and he told me I'd have to go to the front where the line was forever long. Well now I'm going home to close my account and Tjmaxx can do without me, my purchases, and my money. I've been a customer way to long to tolerate nonsense and discrimination. read more

I love shopping here, only reason this location gets 4 stay is because it's is insanely busy and harder to find good pieces due to the volume of people shopping.
