However, i was christmas shopping and noticed a lot of people entering the store and a lot of people leaving with big bags of stuff. so i decided to go in and check it out to see if there was something special going on, and indeed there was! i've heard of candle day, but having more than enough candles to last years (yes, i hoarded my favorite scents and have more than i need) i didn't feel the need to by more. but on this day, it was body care day! that means that ALL BODY CARE items were $4.95 each! and you can use coupons if you have any on top of that!! any body care item meaning, lotions, creams, sprays, shower gels, etc were included. even the more expensive apothecary line with essential oils (my absolute favorite) i stocked up on some of my favorite apothecary scents and even got some additional for presents. i love B&BW as gifts because they will give you free tissue/bags/ribbons etc to wrap the product in. it's always pretty and makes it look really nice when presented to others. personal shopping tip. i like to either make B&BW the last stop on my shopping route or make sure that i'm parked nearby. since i know that if i do end up buying anything here, it'll be heavy and i don't want to carry that stuff around as i continue to shop, so i make sure i can either go straight to my car to drop it off, or leave.

Everything was prepped ahead of time and the classroom area at the back of the store is very inviting. Tina serves hot tea - bring your own snacks for a super girls afternoon outing. We each made three soaps and we could select our color, fragrance, botanical and add some shapes if we wanted. The soaps end up darling and you learn all the healthy and natural aspects of them. Afterwards, you can shop in the store for all sorts of natural products made in-house. Great place to find gift items!
