This should have tipped me off. They offer a 10% discount for employees. The staff was helpful. Seriously, tried on every uniform they had in the store. They lacked colors and sizes in everything I tried on. Nothing matched. Boo! I was able to buy ONE uniform from the store, but paid for two uniforms at the cost of 120$. Steep for 2 uniforms. This included 8$ shipping for a uniform I'm still waiting to arrive. When leaving the store, I received a register receipt. That's it. No information regarding shipment, or number to call for follow-up on the shipment. I check my mailbox everyday for a shipment. With what I paid, the uniform should have already been at my door. It's past the due date of arrival and I'm still waiting. I bought this uniform April 23rd. I'm fuming. If I knew it took this long to get uniforms I never would have made the purchase. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and lesson learned. I should have been more aware when placing an order. I would have tried on, thanked them and ordered online. Maybe that's why they don't tell customers? Update: Went in person to check on the status of purchased uniforms. They apologized and said they will be shipped. At this point it's 20 days later. Not happy to hear. Not happy about having to wait even longer. An apology and additional wait time is what I got. I should have insisted on a immediate refund. It's 24 days later and I've not received my uniforms or a note about the status of the order. I've been very patient. This is bad business practice, and shameful. They have a great selection of scrub brands and get this, no more waiting weeks to get your scrubs embroidered, they are able to do it in store for less than 5 minutes! I wish I knew about this before driving miles to get my scrubs embroidered but now I know so I'm letting you all know! It is also way cheaper to get your scrubs embroidered here than other places i've been. I believe it is about $7 but Kamran was able to do it for me for free! He even gave me a little preview of the embroidery process and I was able to watch the machine get to work. I mean, just WOW, wonderful store and wonderful staff, I will certainly be back!

With high ceilings and spacious aisles it's easy to get stuck in here for hours! I was on a mission to find rose gold earrings and I found only a few options. They have everything you can think of in silver and gold, both with bling and without. I came in here for two things and left with other items I forgot I needed as well -- like new earring pads for my clip on fancy earrings I wear for special occasions. And shoe spray! I have now been to this shop twice and each time I'm in awe of all the product they carry.

My trainers were so worn out. I feel like I just purchased them but I've been using them for my runs and walks and knew it was time for a new pair. I walked over to Fleet Feet this afternoon to inquire about new insoles and shoes. Fleet Feet Plano provided the BEST service!!! We did a few measurements and reviewed my analysis then went over several options. The shoe I've ran in for years, a different model and a shoe with a larger toe box I'd wanted to try. Once selecting a new model we moved onto several insole options. I'm a Brooks girly through and through and stuck with this brand but a different model this go around. New city, new shoes, new model, new insoles! She's ready! Maybe in the coming months I can squeak out an overall 1st 2nd or 3rd haha ;) If you're in need of a great new shoe, you absolutely should come into this store. Highly recommend. I learned they have weekly Tuesday social 5k runs at 630p and second Tuesday of the month ShackShack 5k runs. Totally have to hit that ShakeShack run that ends in a Fred shake or beer! Great store! I've been to a few of their locations around the country, and they are fairly similar. This one is on the smaller side but still has a wide selection of products, although not as many duplicates on display. They do have frequent social runs as a bonus and even hosted a neat quarterly event with raffles from different health/fitness/restaurant vendors and a run with Hoka shoe demos. I always get my insoles from Fleet Feet due to their comfort, personalization, and durability and purchased one when they had a promotion. Unfortunately the staff member did not put the correct discount in and overcharged me, but after realizing and going back, they were able to fix it, although their tone in doing so suggested an attitude. The staff were very friendly when I was making the purchase, so I'm hoping it was a one time interaction. Overall great outreach with the running community and opportunities to try new products. Consistently good products, but hit or miss service.
