I've never had a better dental experience. First, this place truly lives up to "modern" standards. The office is clean and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Instead of leaving Mint, I decided to give Garland a try. Very clean! Staff were wonderful, at both locations. I've experienced 2 cleanings, 1 whitening, 1 cavity and now a crown and I have paid less than $500 for all of the procedures combined (I have insurance) but, also, Mint is competitively priced. While I understand referrals happen, I was shocked that I was not prescribed anything for the pain I was experiencing--not even antibiotics to hold me over until I could see the oral surgeon. Considering it can take several days to get scheduled, I left the office still in severe discomfort with no relief. After submitting a poor survey rating, I received a follow-up call from the office manager, Myra. Ironically, one of my survey complaints was about having to schedule my own referral, and her call was simply to ask if I needed help scheduling. When I mentioned that I hadn't been given any medication for pain or infection, she apologized and said she wasn't aware. I've been a patient here for some time, but the lack of concern, professionalism, and basic patient care during this experience has lost them my business. To send a patient away in pain, without any interim care, is unacceptable.
