Very surprising, I have never had al dente risotto before, but either way, it wasn't for me. She came back later and said they made another one cooked a little longer which was better but still on the underdone side for me. The salmon and Brussel sprouts were tasty but I wasn't a huge fan of the tarragon shrimp dish either, I was expecting more of a spread or baguette topping dish but it felt like it was just a small portion of yummy shrimp with a baguette.
