Stay away from this place. The wait is horrible. My appointment was scheduled for 5pm. 6:34pm and I'm still here. The excuse was they don't have enough chairs. Then he said there's people in front of you I can't skip them. Always deflecting the real reason for the wait. There's people because you are slow and overbook. They don't value your time at this place. Pay a little extra somewhere else. It's not worth your time. You wait so long and the office workers have the audacity to get offended because you ask what's taking so long. Instead of being ashamed of making people wait so long for a simple braces adjustment. Update. Ended up leaving at 7pm. Next appointment has to be no later than 2pm because they will be doing more than an adjustment. Can't come later because God forbid they have to go home late if they book you at 5 pm which is when it's more convenient for me. So on top of the unprofessionalism and the fact that you are paying them for a service, their time matters but yours doesn't. So all this open until 7pm, 7 days a week is BS. They book you when it's convenient to them not you. read more

I had an appointment for 10:30 for a cleaning, arrived at 10:15. I did not leave until 1:15.... i understand falling behind but to not be seen until 12:15 and take another hour to wait for someone to come and do the cleaning is ridiculous. the only bright side is the staff is nice. read more

Terrible Dentistry. The main dentist is unprofessional. I been going to her for 2 years. Always have my apportionment at 10am.... I do get I to the chair until at least 45 minutes later EVERYTIME! Dont get me started with the lazy industrial context of thier building. There power is always out. So basically you have to wait by ear to see if the parking lot is full of customers. I've been going here for 2 years now since I'm under contract with braces and the regular dentistry is TERRIBLE. I had to get my braces temporarily removed since one of my fillings (that I got here 2 years ago) broke (even though I've had fillings last 8 years or longer). They messed up on what tooth the filling was supposed to be on despite me telling multiple people that I needed the filling on the ONLY chipped tooth I had. The dentist doubled down saying she could never be wrong and their billing department came and told me I would still have to pay full price for the filling I actually needed despite THEM MESSING UP. Overall, the dentistry care was terrible and their wait times are insane. The only highlight is the orthodontist as she has been fixing my jaw with the braces but I don't think it's worth the hassle considering the dentistry side. read more

HORRIBLE. Do NOT recommend if you have kids or for yourself. The building always has something wrong the two times I've been here. My last straw was when my 4yr old had to use the restroom and they didn't have any "available." The female doctor who by the way is RUDE telling me "don't ask questions, don't talk to your daughter, don't ask me anything or interrupt with the procedure" as soon as I walked in and she examined my daughter. I was shocked at how rude she was to me when we had just sat down. Back to the point this lady told me I could take my daughter to the restroom in McDonald across the highway.... She's a four year old asked to hold her pee until the end of the procedure or for me to take her elsewhere because their building sucks. Of course my daughter didn't make it to the McDonald. She had an accident in the car all because of their HORRIBLE service. I canceled everything that same day. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPOKEN TO RUDELY OR WAIT 2HRS, OR NOT HAVE ANY BASIC NEEDS MET. Shut the place down for a day if you don't have A/C or a working restroom. read more

Do not go here but specifically do not get any services from Dr.AI or her team. They overbook their day and cannot give you all services you have paid and made an appointment for. They make sure to charge you first and then have you waiting for 4+ hours, to then tell you that they have more patients waiting and cannot give you all your scheduled services. Was never given an apology, they did not take any accountability for their lack of organization, nor tried to accommodate for their mess up. Instead Dr.AI, her assistant, and the manager all gang up on you to somehow put the blame on you. Do not recommend. They are rude, disorganized, and do not care for customer service. The only nice member of the team is the one that tells you the prices of the services. read more

This place is fine except for the fact that the waiting time is usually between 30 minutes to 2 hours, at least for orthodontic care. This is likely due to the fact that there are only two orthodontists, though the assistance try their best to do the job meanwhile the orthodontist simply checks the braces progress. I would recommend another place for orthodontic care unless you can wait quite a while. Additionally, my daughter has been coming here for 7 months and says she barely gets any 1:1 time with the orthodontist when she has questions but doesn't want to interfere to make other peoples waiting time longer. She also says she doesn't really get updates on the progress or a potential date of getting them off. read more

I don't know if they've changed things around since all the bad reviews, but I had a good experience. I took my son in to have teeth removed and they did everything the same day of the visit. They informed me of the wait time before they took him back for the procedure. I like that they do it there instead of sending me to a hospital like other dentist office tried doing. They were very sweet and informative. The first waiting room needs a new update but the rooms and second waiting room look really nice with all the ocean decor. read more

I recently visited Houston and my nephew had a toothache so I took him to Fresh Dental Care. This place is awesome for kids! He's 8 years old so was immediately terrified when I told him we had to go to the dentist. But walking into Fresh Dental was like walking into a cute aquarium - his fear was instantly gone. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours. Monday we had a appointment, my son has braces. We were told that he had to have wire taken out. Ok, no problem. Rescheduled for Wednesday 11:15am and to come ready. We showed up at 11am, sign in and was told to wait. 11:40am I asked the front desk lady's how much longer, they checked we had had 2 people in front of us. 12pm We got x-rays done and we're told to wait in the waiting room until a room becomes available. 1:00pm I asked again how much longer, we're told we're next to give them 10-15 minutes. 1:45pm Still no room, asked yet again and was told 2 people are ahead of us. I have been coming here for 3 years since 2020. Every time I have came, it was 30 minutes before my appointment time. Despite this there wasn't a single time where I didn't have to wait over 2-3 hours just to get started on my procedure. And every single time I finally got started I expected to wait around 1-2 hours, why? Because the workers were busy talking with each other... fine I guess atleast maybe their work would be good right? No. I have been straight up injured over here had a piece of wire stuck on my gum because the worker wasn't paying attention and was busy talking while working, I was bleeding and it hurt very badly. Not a single apology. And almost every time I come over here something always goes wrong every. single. time. if I wasn't in a contract I would've left one month in. This is not the place to go for anything dental related. I would never recommend this place to anywhere their quality of work is trash, their customer service is trash, their management is trash. This place is a trash can for money and time. If you like dealing with man children with an attitude for hours while paying absurd amounts of money then go ahead this is the place for you. If I could give this place negative stars I could. I am typing this while I have been waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. I am not even anywhere near next in line. Unfortunately, I brought my son to get his braces done here so I'm stuck with them. Be ready to wait 2-3 hours to be seen, and yes with an appointment. They always say, "we're very busy.." almost every dental place is busy and it doesn't take 2-3 hours of waiting. What's the point of having an appointment if you have to wait. Regret ever coming there. Then, the doctors for ortho are only there certain days so you work around their own schedule. That's probably the problem, not enough doctors with a lot of availability. I went to go get an estimate cost for my son braces and after waiting several hours I walked up to the front desk about two times for them to still not give me an answer the front desk girls didn't even look at me and were very rude. I then went to wait in my vehicle and even while waiting I called them to see if the estimate cost was ready and was put on hold for about 10 min just for someone to get on the phone again asking the reason of my calling after I had already explained to them. I went in for a cleaning and had the most amazing experience. Chris took care of me all the way to the end. Even hearing his name all over the Walkie talkies cause everyone needed him he made sure I was getting the best treatment. He knows what he's doing, and is very passionate about what he does. This is a good place to go to only if you have an emergency, and no other facility is open. The people there are nice but not very helpful. My biggest concern is that I had an X-ray done and needed a copy of my own, and as a result I did get a copy of my X-ray, but I had to pay $100 just for them to hand me an X-ray on a piece of copy paper. $100 is a ridiculous price for a poor quality X-ray copy. As I have already stated, I genuinely would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have a dire emergency. read more

I have posted this to google TWICE yet it has not shown up. So now I turn to Yelp to hear my pleas. The staff at this location are hateful and rude to patients along with being extremely unorganized. It seems as if they only do what they please, I've seen managers smoking vape pens in the office and the front desk girls talk to you however they'd like! They also love to take their sweet time to check you in, and will talk and laugh amongst each other as if there isn't a lobby full of patients. It has taken me a half hour to even CHECK IN, and then another hour to even be taken back for just for x-rays!! Not even to see the Doctor!! Meanwhile everyone is running around and laughing. While I was waiting in the lobby, I went into the restroom on the children's side of the office and found a small bag white powder substance after an employee came out!! I took it and flushed it down the toilet in case god forbid a child get their hands on it and when I opened the door the SAME employee was waiting outside, most likely to go back for her goodies. This office is not a good place for patients, especially children! I've been to this office three times and every time I can hear children screaming in the back. Working in healthcare is great but can also be bad. I am more picky and pay close attention to details, such as cleanliness, cross contamination, disinfecting of equipment, hand hygiene, etc...Although the floors could really use terminal cleaning and disinfecting as this worried me a little but then again it's a busy/high traffic dental office. Being the closest establishment who took my insurance and appointment on such a short notice, I decided to give it a try! The knowledgeable dentist as well as their friendly staff definitely knows how to take care of their patients. I felt at ease during my visit as it was painless and quick.
