Jonathan explained what he saw in my dryer duct and it was alarming how much lint buildup inside the duct that pushes the hot air outside. We thought the amount paid was excesive for the services rendered. Before the tech began, he quoted the price and I agreed. The tech arrived onetime, vacumed under the the AC, took pictures inside the plenum and the entrances to the ducts and then told us that everything look clean. He finally sprayed a disinfectant into the system to kill any residual bacteria and mold and had us run the fan for 2 hours. All of this cost $700 and the tech made no effort to reduce the cost for not having to do any additional work. He was here for less than an hour and we expected he would have indivdually cleaned our 10 ducts for the amount paid, but that never happened. Bottom line, the service was way too expensive for what was done. read more

Only reason for less stars is because I ended up paying twice what I was quoted for the service online via chat. I let them know I needed a dryer vent cleanout and they gave me a quote. When they came out they said it would be more (twice the quote) to clean it from the top as well(1 story house). I didnt appreciate the surprise but they were already there and I needed the job done. They were fast in response to a phone call, they and they have quick availability. What I didn't like was when I called the lady she told me it was 35.99 per vent and when the guy showed up to my house, he told me it was 45.99 per vent. He claims that he was standing there when she told me the price of 35.99 but I find that hard to believe if she had to call me back because she was uncertain. At first, I opted to not do treatment because I didn't like how the price changed. Then when I told him I didn't want to have it serviced because of this he said it's 45 for a service call and then switched it to 55 because he didn't do anything. If I had more time I would have got another company. I would recommend you have set prices on things like this. The cleaning its self was okay I guess from what I know about cleaning vents . Vacuum, roll a brush in the vents and spray. I would get another opinion. read more
