For quesadilla, I love the chorizo. My fiancée likes to get one of each. Steak, chicken and chorizo. His favorite sauce is the chipotle. Smoky and have a good kick. They have three different sauces you can use too; one hot, one mild tomatillo, and one smoky chipotle. All three are fantastic, especially the chipotle. Highly recommend that one on the steak. We became fans on this taco truck instantly. So much that we split a chicken quesadilla after we finished our tacos. Very delicious! They accept cash and credit cards, but there is a small service fee for card purchases, so cash is definitely preffered.
