Came on my lunch for the creamsicle glow, which you can only get at this exact location or sometimes the one in Indio not always though. I have tried every Fresh location from Palm Springs to the newest one in Indio. I ended up having to get a refund because my drink was so watery. I understand new training if that was the case but dang for $13 dollars with add on, not including tip. I typically spend almost 20 every time I come with tip. I have been coming to Fresh juice bar and its other locations since 2022. I have previously left a review for the Palm Desert location where I called it the best juice bar in the valley. However, my experience at the La Quinta location makes me rethink my statement. I placed a doordash order for three bowls earlier today around 12pm, one pitaya bowl, one caribbean bowl, and one açaí bowl. One person in my group is allergic to pitaya, so I called to ask if they could be careful with cross contamination and perhaps change their gloves (if they are worn). The first girl on the phone said that she would "get someone to help me with that." I was kind of taken aback, because it's not like I'm asking for a refund or a situation where a manager would need to speak to me. I've worked in a similar establishment and we usually just tell the manager on duty about an allergen and the rest of the team is very vigilant in preventing cross contamination, so this was weird to me. Then, when the second girl spoke to me and I repeated the same thing I said to the first girl, she just said "Uh... yeah... we can do that." She came off really annoyed that I was asking to not kill my friend with pitaya cross contamination. It felt like I was being a nuisance for making sure that my friend wouldn't have an allergic reaction???? Also, I asked for additional pineapple toppings on two of my bowls, the pitaya and açaí bowl, and only the açaí bowl received pineapple. This is very disappointing and is not the service I've experienced previously at the Palm Desert location. If the service is not consistent at all locations, then what is the point of calling it the best juice bar in the valley? The food is still good, but isn't worth the terrible service I have to go through. read more

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 2.5 years. After today I will not be going back. I have great relationships will all the gals that work there. I know their names, I've given them cards for free breathwork sessions with my company, and they all know me by name. Today, 2 new girls were working. I've seen one of them a few times before, not enough to know her personally. Every day (5 days a week), I get the same thing. I call on the phone and show up 20 minutes later and it's ready for pickup. I did this again this morning. I showed up and it wasn't ready and they hadn't started it. I said "okay well I have a 9am, it's been 25 minutes since I called and I really have to go". To which the new girl said "we always prioritize in person orders and not phone orders. You get yours early because Lily is doing you a favor whenever you call". I said "no, I thought you make them as they come in" to which she said "no we prioritize in person" I went to pay and she overcharged me by 6 bucks. I paid it and still left a tip. The staff proceeded to make every order but mine. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she explained that they make orders as they come in. I said "yes I know, that is not what she said". They both got very aggressive with me and were literally going on and on saying that they never said what they said. I said please stop gaslighting me. Go check the security footage. This is what she said. Just check the footage. This went on and on, with me asking them to stop lying to me. They were beyond aggressive and rude. They kept doubling down on lying to me and trying to make ME feel bad for mentioning that they grossly overcharged me. I paid almost 30 bucks today for what should have been under 20. The supervisor said "do you need me to refund you the 6 dollars? Because literally you won't stop talking about it." I said no, I need you to stop lying to me. So she asked me to leave. I cannot believe the insane millennial entitled BS behavior that I received this morning. I NEVER write bad reviews. I am an ally for small businesses. But this behavior this morning was quite unhinged. I tried calling the manager but she was unresponsive. I literally only asked that they stop lying and check the security footage because their exact words are on there. I have been spending 25 with tip a day in this shop for 2+ years. I am beyond frustrated with how I was treated. They were all clearly stressed and not handling the rush of the morning well. I will 100% be following up with this as well as filing complaints with as many local agencies as I can find. As far as I can tell, this behavior seems to be pretty on par with management. This was so stupid, such a waste of time and beyond unhinged, snotty teenage behavior. This place used to be great, but they hired quite a new bit of staff and none of them know what they are doing. I would avoid this place as all costs. You'll get better treatment literally anywhere else. read more

I used to frequent this juice bar often when I'd stop at nearby Trader Joe's. It had been about a year since I last stopped in the Fresh Juice Bar because the store overall seemed a bit unclean, and the women that worked there came off as mean girls who resented your very presence and having to wait on you. They would make your order in slow motion looking painfully bored, then let you know it's ready without eye contact. Yesterday the parking lot was quite full so I ended up parking by the Fresh Juice Bar, and seeing something interesting out front in a wheelbarrow, I decided to stop in for my usual. Upon walking in I was greeted by the two staff members closest to me with genuine warmth and smiles, and my order was taken by a third person with a smile. This young lady even complimented my outfit, which was a kind thing to do since I'm in my 50's rocking a vintage 1970's Adidas dress. My smoothie was served quickly and again with a smile, and I was amazed by how the mood had changed in this store. It looked cleaner, too - except for the large custom entrance mat that was pretty stained. The wheelbarrow in the front with faux plants and cute signage about the ingredients they use; a very good tool for luring folks in. So now I'll be returning to the Fresh Juice Bar as it seems like they've stepped up their game! read more

I've given this place a few chances. I think it's okay, but the service actually stinks. Not sure I got a name for the girl at the register with the nose ring. I brought my drink back because they went over board with the honey on "The Original" . As a matter of fact, the same girl that rung me up made my drink. When she was making it I asked her to take it easy on the honey. Then she scoffed and said, it looks like im putting in a lot.. but actually not much is coming out. Took my drink, went to Ulta behind their business, sipped on it and it was disgusting. Brought it back , same girl. She scoffed, and asked why it took me so long to bring it back. Lol what?! 10/29/25 Been coming here for the past almost ten years and sadly the quality and experience has gone down significantly. Today I ordered two ginger shots and two orange juices. The ginger shots were not balanced with way too much lemon. The orange juice was poured out of a plastic container of preprepared juice, not freshly squeezed. The orange juice tasted very watered down and not fresh. When we ordered the shots with the girl at the register she said "do you want to just take these ones?" and pointed to the premade turmeric shots on the counter. She was not happy we didn't choose them. We specifically come here for the fresh squeezed juices and the laziness in this store nowadays is really sad. This entire bowl is heavily blended with bananas and if this were an allergy could have been extremely problematic. We also ordered no bananas on top--so there is no reason for the flavoring at all. Today, I went in with my mom. We ordered 3 pitaya bowls and a juice. Truthfully, everything tasted great! However in my bowl, there was a piece of plastic from the pitaya they use, i assume. This was really unfortunate and could be a hazard to children eating, as well as eating any micro plastic in my bowl that i consumed before i realized it was deep in there. Some of it was torn up so I believe it was partially blended up with the pitaya. This is really unhealthy and im very disappointed in this service. ... This business handled the issue very well! Such a great spot for a healthy breakfast or snack. It's just as the name says, fresh! They have a really great variety of juices, smoothies, and bowls. I love that you can add in different ingredients as well. We've tried the desert delight smoothie, Hawaii-five-o smoothie (add blue spirulina!), raw pitaya smoothie, complete meal smoothie, acai bowl, and the strawberry banana smoothie. They were all great.
