I found this place on Yelp while traveling. The Sweet Turkey wrap. Nice flavor, fresh greens and big. Prices are on par with Freshii, but the food is much better her. The staff was very nice, too. My only complaint is this seems to be their only location. I hope they do well enough to expand. If there was a Fresh Leaf in the Portland/Vancouver area, I would be a regular. read more

It's really hard to find places in the Tri-Cities with vegetarian and vegan options. I was impressed by their selection of ingredients and their prompt service. I got a wrap when I went - a roasted red pepper wrap with black beans, red bell pepper, jalapeños, green onions, and pico de gallo. I also chose to pay extra for avocado. I visited this restaurant while traveling home from Boise last month. I was looking for something healthy and fresh, and came across Fresh Leaf. The food was amazing! I especially loved the panini with artichokes! The owners were so kind and accommodating and made us feel so welcomed. Before leaving, the owner even let me sample one of the juices. This restaurant will be a staple for us each time we visit the tri-cities. There are not many places like this to get fast, healthy meals, and I'm so glad this place exists! I'm particular about my food, and this definitely exceeded my expectations! read more

For anyone driving thru the Tri-cities (or for those of you living there) this is a must stop! Location is great since it's right off the highway and the food and drinks are the best, especially if you have a long car ride ahead. We stopped in on our way to Idaho from Portland and were so excited to see such great options to choose from! My boyfriend and I both got the wave burrito (which I highly recommend) and some extra yummy salsa. We also shared a fresh made carrot/ginger/apple juice and all was amazing and fresh! We loved this place so much that on our way back from Idaho, stopped here again too eat- and the guy recognized us! So that was fun! read more

I have eaten here two different times while visiting family in the Kennewick area. Both times were delicious. Once soup and another time their gluten-free wrap with three types of meat. I have only seen one man working in there, and he is always friendly and helpful. I wish the restaurant had more gluten-free choices as well. I don't leave many yelp reviews, but I felt my experience was so good they deserved a hype/praise drop. Went here with my mother in law looking for something healthy and quick before a 6 month pregnancy ultrasound. We were greeted warmly, pointed to the restrooms, and then patiently helped as we looked over the menu inquisitively. MIL and I ended up going with the Berry smoothie and the Green Dream. At first, it was like 'oof, $8 for a single smoothie- kinda rough'. But when I tell you that green dream smoothie was so good, believe it. I am craving it. I am craving a kale, celery,banana, avocado, etc. vegetable drink thing; What kind of witchcraft is that?! They made it fresh in front of us with perfectly ripe veggies/fruit, chilled to perfection. I'd trade a $6 coffee for this drink any time. And there were crepes that others ordered which looked fabulous, as well as açaí bowls that looked glorious. Overall, very impressed with the staff and menu. Big open, air conditioned place with a nice view of a fountain. Truly a neat experience that I can't wait to partake in again. I come here almost everyday considering I live down the street the owners/workers are super friendly and talkative. I was in the Tri-Cities area for a week and I had a hard time finding restaurants where I could get good, healthy salads to-go for me and my family members who were camped out of the Kadleq Hospital for a few days with a sick friend. Fresh Leaf was the exception, and the salads I got there were exceptional. The employees were friendly. Highly-recommended! Hopefully they'll open a location closer to the hospital in Richland so employees, patients, and visitors have healthier dining options in the area. read more

Came here for lunch while traveling to the Tri Cities. I was surprised to find a mostly veggie eating option in the area. I liked their menu and the simplicity of the restaurant. However I was a bit underwhelmed with the food. I ordered the veggie soup which had some delicious fresh veggies but the broth had very little flavor. I also got a side of hummus that was tasty and obviously homemade but came with celery sticks and nothing else... Maybe some fresh peppers, carrots or cucumbers would have been a nice addition. Now to the good stuff...I ordered the carrot ginger ale and it was amazing!!! This is obviously a family owned place, two tween age kids were working there, which I found to be charming. Comfortable and unassuming spot just beyond a row of multiple fast food places with light, fresh, healthy options. Hummus is homemade, doesn't have that super tart taste of commercially made stuff. Vegetable soup had chunky veggies that had nice texture, not old soggy leftovers. Lentil soup was delicious. None of us had meat so can't weigh in on that aspect but vegetarians will be happy! Their juices and smoothies are delicious. The only down fall was that I bought a salad once, and there was mold growing on the strawberries. It was gross and I paid a lot for a small salad that was no longer edible. I'm sticking to their smoothies and juices from now on. I just had the best waffle in the Tri-Cities. Gil and I decided to try the brunch. Not really a brunch, but several options for waffles, omelettes and crepes. This place offers healthy items and made from scratch. If you are looking for a healthy AND tasty breakfast, make this your choice. The waffle had fresh apple slices & granola on top.
