My entree, Tajik Pilaf, was unique, flavorful, and the lamb was deliciously tender. The cook explained that it's slow-cooked for hours, which explains the rendering and tenderness of the lamb. EVERYONE enjoyed their meals. Lastly, the service was OUTSTANDING! One waiter was working that night and he managed our table with timeliness and grace while also serving several other tables.
