The ice cream here comes in the form of small roll-ups and they make the ice cream to order. I watched as the guy behind the counter took some type of liquid, poured it onto a frozen tray and with some type of a spatula he crafted my ice cream roll-ups. He served the ice cream in a cup and drizzled some chocolate sauce onto it. They have several flavors available and I chose the mint chocolate chip which was very tasty. Okay, great, so why four stars? Well, with the exception of a pistachio baklava square that knocked my socks off, I didn't find their goods were above and beyond sufficient as to drag me back with the same magnetism as Tatté or Flour (for e.g. - I know these are in different categories). They meet expectations, which is a solid four in my book. For some final notes: I feel that the value is fair in light of the quality.
