RUN. DO NOT GO HERE…read more This location has been completely abandoned by the owner/manager. They purposely leave a skeleton crew of a single teenager, informed them that it is their policy to NEVER accept returns or complaints. If you ask them to make an Açaí Bowl, they will hand you a bowl of white yogurt base with random fruits available mixed in. If you tell them there is no Acai in the base since it is white and not PURPLE, they will threaten to call the police. If you ask them to blend it again, they will say their blenders blades are too dull for a different result. They don't answer the phone. Essentially the new owner came in, purchased the location, and is trying to extract all profit possible before shuttering it and closing it permanently. The touch screens are DIRTY AND STICKY. The surfaces of their work area are absolutely filthy with sticky residue from never being cleaned. And all the while the OWNER/MANAGER is making one single teenager figure it all out. They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK OR HAVE THEM THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE WHEN THEY MAKE SOMETHING INCORRECTLY.

pathetic business! This place used to be good when Yoga Pod was next door and Nick ran it and now…read moreit is absolutely a ghost establishment. I went in with one poor kid running it obviously not trained and very timid. My wrap was horrible and even when asked for a refund on email I heard nothing from Clean Juice. I felt badly for the boy and this is the fault of the business owner. This will shut its doors very soon as nobody goes in and there isn't anyone that runs this business properly. You can tell nobody cares. Sorry but deleting the app and never again! I am done!

They deserve a huge raising after dealing with these rude customers. Made tons of visits to this location and the hot bar, pizza, sweets/deserts, all of it was on point. The checkout line has been consistent in always smiling and being courteous. Absolute favorite location.

2 stars. The hot…read morefood was genuinely good. The chicken tikka masala was fresh, flavorful, and one of the better prepared items I've had from the hot bar recently. I also want to recognize Patrick, who was working in the back stocking/unloading items. He took the time to go check for a product for me, came back personally, and let me know it was unavailable. I appreciated the effort and professionalism. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed the tone of my visit. The cashier, Marilyn, never greeted me, never acknowledged me when I spoke to her, and never thanked me at the end of the transaction. From beginning to end, there was not a single word exchanged from her side. When she handed me my receipt, her demeanor felt dismissive and honestly unpleasant. Idk what that attitude was about but imagine how quickly this could've gone downhill had I handled her just as rudely as she handled me. What stood out most is that there was no negative interaction beforehand that would have explained the behavior. Even if a greeting was somehow missed, there is no reason a customer should leave without at least hearing "thank you." One employee's poor customer service can easily overshadow the positive work of others, and that's exactly what happened here. Whole Foods needs to do better with consistency in customer experience, especially at the register where customers leave with their final impression of the store.
