Today was horrible. The Johnny's Halloween was a big disappointment. No Thai tea from what I could tell. Just Ube and all the Oreos that are supposed to be at the bottom were all stuck to the wall of the cup instead. The owner said the Ube dissolves the Thai tea after a while. I live half a mile away and it took only three minutes to arrive after placing my order. So no way I believe that story. Also my kid went in to retrieve the drink and she couldn't get it from the servers so I had to go in and get it. 3 of them there. Not a single one helping her in an empty store. Unfortunate seeing as there was no parking and that's why my kid went in to get it while I was waiting in the car. The owner says they asked her if she needed help but she was on her phone. Well my daughter was only on her phone because she was texting me because not a single person helped her. They said nothing to her like they claim. Total lies. If this is the kind of service we're now getting I won't be coming back and it's a shame that the owner doesn't take more pride in their shop. read more

My first visit here was okay... just okay. The young lady at the front didn't seem like she's ever worked at a tea/boba shop before and when I asked her what she recommended she didn't really give me a good idea. I also asked her what she thought of the mango sago drink and I doubt she's ever tried it by what she even said. Anywho. That's what I ordered. I got the dirty black milk tea! It was delicious, honestly, nothing to say! I went right before closure, they made my drink in 5 minutes, ordering is super easy you just order on an iPad and voila. Ambiance was chill, a group of kids were playing cards and it was pretty quiet. 10/10 read more

The service is extremely slow due to only one person working. This is constant with them especially with clearly less experienced workers. This is a nightmare when you have multiple drinks ordered. I paid for 3 drinks and left with 2 due to time limitation. I mean who wants to wait for 3 drinks for 30 minutes. Especially when it's the weekend or a holiday, put more employees on the floor. I love mangos and saw they had this mango fantasy drink (sweet sweet fantasy baby!) and ordered that bad boy with mango poppers cause if you're gonna do mango you might as well go all in! The staff was incredible and help pick between the poppers and the crystal boba; next time I'm gonna do both! Let me just start off by saying, WOW! Visiting this boba shop on their grand opening weekend was an amazing experience. We were greeted with such joyful, friendly faces; workers were so helpful in educating us on the menu with each and every question we had. We were even offered to take a polaroid picture to display on the wall, but politely declined as we felt we weren't dressed the best. Nonetheless, such a cute gesuture. We ended up ordering the Ginger Milk Tea and the Bursting Dragon Fruit, and both drinks were an absolute 10/10. I did ask for boba in my Ginger Milk Tea but unfortunately they forgot to add it into my drink, but it's totally fine as I actually didn't get charged for it so it was nothing more than simple miscommunication! The Ginger Milk tea actually had chunks of ginger inside so honestly those ginger bits made up for not having boba! We added mango popping boba inside of the Bursting Dragon Fruit and that made it even more sweet and refreshing, a perfect combination! Great tunes were being played, there was a decent amount of seating with many board game options to choose from, and the place was extremely clean.
