After reading the reviews here on Yelp, seeing the Winter special on his website, and speaking with Bryan, the owner about what he does and how he works, I decided to have him clean my ducts. He did the work this morning. Don't expect a fancy truck with his company logo. But he knows what he's doing, he's a pro, doing this for years. I found him to be genuine, honest, didn't try to up-sell me, there were no hidden charges for extra returns or vents or anything. He also cleaned my furnace. And showed me why I didn't need my dryer vent done, saving me money! He also didn't try to prove that there was more dirt than there was in my vents, as I've seen some companies do. He's just a good, hard working, independent businessman. Give him your business. I had the work done because it had been 12 years since I had another company clean my air ducts. I've been sick, have had a few pets in that time, and also had some remodeling done a few years back. You have allergies? Pets? A new house or did remodeling? Our HVAC specialist cleaned the furnace and a/c coils, and he recommended we have the air ducts cleaned. I called his referral who quoted me a whopping $425 for 15 vents plus $12 each additional vent. That price seemed quite high, so I took to Craigslist and came across Fresh N Clean Duct Cleaning. I called, and Bryan, the owner and operator, quoted me $279 for 16 vents. His company doesn't have much of a presence on the internet, so I could not find impartial reviews. I called one other duct cleaner who quoted me $300 for 16 vents. I took the chance and had Fresh N Clean Duct Cleaning come out, and Bryan was able to schedule me in within a week's time. Bryan showed up as scheduled and was very kind. He explained to me what he was going to do and other aspects of the process, and he went straight to work. Our ducts and vents were particularly dirty, and the vents were a pain to remove and install due to the shoddy carpet installation, so Bryan ended up taking about 30 minutes longer than he initially thought. However, he went above and beyond to get the vents reinstalled properly and never asked for additional money or tried to sell me any additional products. He left the work areas clean of debris, explained to me what he found and how often he recommends a cleaning, and went on his way. I was concerned that the dust from Bryan's work would dirty our recently cleaned furnace, but Bryan told me his process won't affect the furnace. After he left, I removed the furnace panel and found only some minor dust that I was able to blow off by mouth. Unbeknown to Bryan, I had removed a vent from the main trunk in the basement and snapped a photo prior to his cleaning, and then I removed that same vent and snapped a photo after he left. Bryan did a thorough cleaning and continued to go above and beyond with his cleaning tools. He hit every vent, and every return, did a decent job resealing my air duct trunk. He used an auger tool with drill, air pressure sprayer, and commercial vacuum connected to vent trunk system. He was very considerate of our new carpets by taking his shoes off. His prices are fair for the work performed. His price was quoted weeks before work was performed. I'd considering giving him a bit extra if you see him giving you extra. read more

We set up an appt to have Fresh N Clean come clean our ducts and dryer vent. We haven't had them cleaned since we bought our house two years ago and had no idea if the previous owners had done so. Bryan was great to work with from the moment I called him to schedule an appt. It is a small business so we scheduled out about a week because he had other appointments (good sign :) ) He showed up an got right to work cleaning all our ducts, replacing the air filter on our furnace. Bryan did an amazing job! I cannot emphasize this enough, I was truely impressed. He responded quickly and professionally with a quote and appointment time. He was right on time and finished in less than 25 minutes. We had a completely blocked dryer vent for our dryer on the second floor with a vent to the roof. Bryan fixed the issue quickly, he cleaned up after he finished his work, was professional, and easy to talk to. He also gave me some advice on how often I should get the vent cleaned (especially since it is a vent that goes up to the roof and gravity works against it). I could not be happier with Bryan and the work he does. He arrived EXACTLY on time and was very prompt and professional. I was originally weary of going with someone with limited reviews on yelp, however, were so happy we did. There was a special going on and were able to do 15 vents for $264, which was substantially cheaper than many other quotes we received. We originally expected to do the dryer vent as well, but after he examined it, he said there was no need. It was great to know he was an honest guy looking to do his job right. We just recently bought a condo in Denver and decided it best to get the dryer duct cleaned, which in hindsight was a good decision. I found an ad for "Fresh N Clean" and when I called, I spoke to Bryan, sole owner of the company. Byan was able to accommodate my tight schedule. He arrived on time, pulled out the dryer and disconnected the vent. The vent opening in the wall had a lot of lint and debris ... a vent that had perhaps not been cleaned for several years.
