Brandon from Premium returned my call the same day, even though he was on vacation. He put me on his schedule and offered me his Groupon rate. Brandon did the work himself with the help of another employee and was thorough. As expected, there was dust, but we covered the few items in the house and had waited to move stuff in knowing it could get covered in dirt. They didn't think the ducts had ever been cleaned before. They removed about 50 lbs of dust and debris. I wish we'd taken "before" photos, because the results are tremendous. What we thought were shallow gray openings beneath our vents are actually deep and are different colors. I can detect a difference in the smell when the heater is running. My husband asked him to look at some issues noted in our inspection report, and he did. They even replaced our air filter for us while they were in there. I have no idea what duct cleaning should cost. I know that the $50 Groupons at other places always have additional costs incurred (or, in my case, are refunded because they can't do the work), and those who don't offer Groupons started at $600. That's a BIG range. But for the work they did and all the debris they removed, we're satisfied with Premium and with what we paid. We also got a discount by paying with cash.

All quotes were ranging between 100-400 dollars more than Brandon's. The best part about Brandon's service is how honest and hard working he is. He walked through the whole house, told me everything he would do and gave me a breakdown of the costs. When all was said and done, we spent less than $500. We have one furnace, 19 vents, 3 main lines and 2 returns. That is an amazing deal! What he provided: before and after pictures, cleaned out the blower, cleaned out all vents, sprayed sanitizing solution throughout the vents to kill mold and germs, cleaned out bathroom fan vents, cleaned out dryer vents, AND cleaned up after themselves. All of this in about 2.5 hours. We left the house while they were there and we trusted him completely. He left our house in a better condition than when he got there. He came out on a Saturday to scope the work, wasn't able to procure a part on the weekend so he finished it promptly on Monday. It was a little pricier than I expected but I would use this company again because of the excellent work they did. The installation was extremely clean and Dana replaced all the parts that needed to be replaced along with the hot water unit. Very pleased with the work and very impressed with Dana's punctuality, knowledge, and workmanship.
