Walked in on a whim on a busy saturday 11am - no appointment - but the color on my toes had chipped and I can't deal with that !! They were lovely, they trimmed them, filed them, rinsed them off, color change, all for $15. THEN I messed one up so went back- and despite being SLAMMED - no one rolled their eyes at me and they were so kind and patient. I'm keeping them in my back pocket for whenever I'm in the area- and their selection of SNS powders with matching polishes and gel's is NEXT LEVEL. Adorable and clean inside. Even the front desk girl who's a high schooler has been working there almost a year, and to me that says ALOT about the environment. Absolutely worth a visit ! read more

Rose is amazing! All the reviews of her fabulous work are true. I got a great pedicure by another lady- can't seem to remember her name now but that was also a pleasant experience. I usually go to a shop nearer to my house bc I'm so busy but I plan on making my way back here soon. Highly recommend for dip. I've come here many times but unfortunately for a manicure I won't be doing it here anymore - I did a full on dip powder service and within a week they lifted and cracked. I reached out via their website but I never heard back. That's 50$ that went down the drain. The staff and place are always amazing with great vibes - I might be back for a pedicure that one seemed to last longer I did a gel pedicure. read more

Just came back from another great experience with Rose! I'm a little hesitant to write this review as I don't really want my favorite spot to blow up too much where it's tough to get an appointment with my girl. I've been going to Fresh for about 2 years now and Rose has never let me down since. I always get dip with a manicure and some sort of design. Rose is super friendly, extremely creative and a total boss babe! Whenever I don't have any ideas, she'll come up with something on the spot that I end up loving! I rarely ever write reviews but Rose continues to impress me and I just have to give her a shout out. As you can tell from my pics, the 2 of us have had quite the journey (though now I wish I had taken more pictures!!). I refuse to go to anyone else but Rose - she is truly the best! read more

I am very Happy with Fresh Nails Day Spa. Last week Sept 23 2024 they provided a calm soothing environment to walk into allowing me to relax and decompress from my busy day in Northern Virginia. It's a nice feeling of calm and non-rushed service that attracted me and what you expect with a true Spa experience. My nail tech was very attentive to my needs and made sure to offer the desired shape and length I was interested in. Nancy is my PERMANENT NAIL TECH FOREVER! I recently moved into the area and was nervous about finding a new nail tech because I'm very picky about how I like my nails and have had bad experiences prior and only trusted two nail techs ever. I read the reviews and decided to give this nail salon a try and it's high quality work and worth the price. It's still adorable and the whole staff are a bunch of sweethearts. I'm disappointed with the service I got today. I waited for almost an hour when I had an appointment, but I patiently waited for the next nail tech. I asked for a regular manicure, but unfortunately Abby, the nail tech, did not do a great job. It came out smudged and she added the nail polish all over outside the nail without really cleaning the edges. It looked messy. I didn't feel comfortable asking her to redo it. She seemed annoyed after I asked her to fix one smudged nail I had accidentally hit against the fan that is used to dry the nails before the nail appointment was over. I understand that was my fault, but she acted rude. I was uncomfortable. Usually nail techs will add cuticle oil at the end of the service but I did not get that. The quality of the products and service was not great. I felt rushed out of the salon after waiting an hour for my appointment and my nails did not dry properly. I am so pleased with my experience with Nancy at fresh nails and day spa I'm still new to this nail addiction, and it shows. But Nancy was so kind and patient and helpful in trying to make my fall inspired chrome finish nail dreams come true. Service requested: Manicure and pedicure, Gel nail fill and repair with chrome finish. If you can, upgrade to the SPA experience, it's a love language. Your feet deserve some tlc and if you aren't showing love to them on a regular basis, give them this little token of gratitude. I came in the morning close to opening time on Wednesday which felt great because it wasn't hectic or rushed or crowded. It was super calming and I didn't feel pressured to know exactly what I want. Nancy is super talented in design and is a true artist with great energy. I learned to not only trust the process but trust your nail artist. Now that I'm done I'm feeling like I could have gone a lil darker for the fall vibe, and it's no one else's fault but my own since I did not heed on Nancy's advice. read more

I booked through classpass a few weeks ago for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The salon was very clean and bright and modern. Parking was easy as well. Everyone was very nice. However, I felt pressured to do add on services even after saying no a few times. I finally agreed to both a callus service and eyebrow wax. I wish I wasn't as pressured here. My nails came out looking nice but my toenails chipped the same evening. I've never had this happen with a pedicure. I was traveling the next day so I had no time to call and fix this. My nails also lasted less than 2 weeks. I'm glad it was covered through my classpass membership but I don't think I'd return. read more

I have to say, this place is hands down my new favorite nail spot! I was wasting my time and money at other salons. Rose did such a good job taking care of me. It took me one time here and they won themselves a new customer! I have never had dip nails so nicely done! Thin and sturdy (not too thick like other places would do). I've been coming to Fresh for 2 years now on a regular basis and I can't say I've ever left disappointed! Nancy is the best- a true artist. I get compliments on my nails left and right because they are always on point. From her amazing pedicures to her beautiful hand painted nail designs, I always have a smile on my face when the appointment is over because my nails look so great! The customer service is great here, prices fair for what you get, and salon has a nice and calming atmosphere overall. Even bring my husband for the occasional pedicure when he's in the mood. Would recommend to anyone. There are a lot of nail salons closer in vicinity to my home but I will go out of my way for my girls at Fresh! Always consistent, which is hard to find! read more

I had an amazing experience with Rose! She was incredibly quick to respond and managed to schedule an appointment for me on short notice, even on a busy Friday afternoon. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she immediately knew the perfect color, shape, and length to achieve my look. Rose was very sweet and attentive - I don't know how she managed to work on my nails while also greeting customers (she remembered everyone's names), handling the register, and scheduling other appointments. Go here if you want a 3 minute manicure. The manicure was basically filing nails, removing cuticles, rubbing lotion on my palms, and applying nail polish. That's it.. The service was so rushed and I was forced to tip. My nail polish took longer to dry than the time it took for manicure. read more

In our market, it is very rare for a salon to have such a long and successful history. The salon was established by the DiPietro family in 1963 as the Hairdresser and subsequently, their son, Robert DiPietro, owned and operated the salon. It is still conveniently located in the Danor Plaza in the Town of Vienna, Virginia, on Maple Avenue. This is one of the few places that I get excited to go to, it brings me joy to my entire day knowing that I will be spending time at Vision of Beauty where I will be pampered and listened to. I recently had my hair done with Pouran and I loved it, she was so sweet and listened to my concerns and gave me a haircut that makes my hair feel light and cool for the summer. No shaming about not wanting to color my hair like I had experienced at other salons. My favorite part however is Helen, she is my nail technician (and the owner) and I adore her, if I show her a picture of the nails I want, she will take it as a challenge to duplicate it. After going a few times she knows your taste and preferences so even if there are days you cant decide, she will pick a color for you that is within your taste. Also while talking about your day/ life she takes the effort to remember the details, she is very attentive. My husband also goes and gets pedicures, (Its good for your health, Men!) I've been seeing the nail technician, Lucy, at this salon for about 5 months now and she is hands down the best SNS technician/artist/miracle worker I've been to anywhere in the world. She is meticulous and can do beautiful things with ombré/patterns/glitter. My nails always last three weeks with her--I've never had SNS consistently so perfect that I'm only changing it each manicure because it's grown out rather than me loosing, cracking, or chipping nails. She also files down the SNS near the cuticle so you don't get the annoying lifting problem at the back after a week or two of wear. She is great! Absolutely the best nail salon in Vienna! Everyone is so nice and friendly here! They provide a wide arrangement of nail and waxing services. The prices are also the best and most affordable! I usually get SNS or gel, and they have very inventive designs as well as skilled technicians! I get my nails done Ombré style, which is difficult to do correctly, but they nail it every time! I have been coming to Fresh Nails for over 5 years. It took me a while to find a nail salon that I liked when I moved to the area. I had problems with my nails lifting at other salons but my nails always last perfectly between fills when I get them done at Fresh Nails. I went to get acrylic nails, and my little sister her nails done. The pricing was very reasonable and they did my 10 year old sisters nails for $5! I didn't even ask for a cheaper price for her, they just did it! Hasha did my nails and she was very sweet and very skilled with the acrylic, it has lasted 2 weeks!
