Walked in on a whim on a busy saturday 11am - no appointment - but the color on my toes had chipped and I can't deal with that !! They were lovely, they trimmed them, filed them, rinsed them off, color change, all for $15. THEN I messed one up so went back- and despite being SLAMMED - no one rolled their eyes at me and they were so kind and patient. I'm keeping them in my back pocket for whenever I'm in the area- and their selection of SNS powders with matching polishes and gel's is NEXT LEVEL. Adorable and clean inside. I've come here many times but unfortunately for a manicure I won't be doing it here anymore - I did a full on dip powder service and within a week they lifted and cracked. I reached out via their website but I never heard back. That's 50$ that went down the drain. I'm a little hesitant to write this review as I don't really want my favorite spot to blow up too much where it's tough to get an appointment with my girl. I've been going to Fresh for about 2 years now and Rose has never let me down since. I always get dip with a manicure and some sort of design. Rose is super friendly, extremely creative and a total boss babe! Whenever I don't have any ideas, she'll come up with something on the spot that I end up loving! I rarely ever write reviews but Rose continues to impress me and I just have to give her a shout out. Nancy is my PERMANENT NAIL TECH FOREVER! I recently moved into the area and was nervous about finding a new nail tech because I'm very picky about how I like my nails and have had bad experiences prior and only trusted two nail techs ever. I read the reviews and decided to give this nail salon a try and it's high quality work and worth the price. It's still adorable and the whole staff are a bunch of sweethearts. I'm disappointed with the service I got today. I waited for almost an hour when I had an appointment, but I patiently waited for the next nail tech. I asked for a regular manicure, but unfortunately Abby, the nail tech, did not do a great job. It came out smudged and she added the nail polish all over outside the nail without really cleaning the edges. It looked messy. I didn't feel comfortable asking her to redo it. She seemed annoyed after I asked her to fix one smudged nail I had accidentally hit against the fan that is used to dry the nails before the nail appointment was over. I understand that was my fault, but she acted rude. I was uncomfortable. Usually nail techs will add cuticle oil at the end of the service but I did not get that. The quality of the products and service was not great. I felt rushed out of the salon after waiting an hour for my appointment and my nails did not dry properly. I booked through classpass a few weeks ago for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The salon was very clean and bright and modern. Parking was easy as well. Everyone was very nice. However, I felt pressured to do add on services even after saying no a few times. I finally agreed to both a callus service and eyebrow wax. I wish I wasn't as pressured here. My nails came out looking nice but my toenails chipped the same evening. I've never had this happen with a pedicure. I was traveling the next day so I had no time to call and fix this. My nails also lasted less than 2 weeks. I'm glad it was covered through my classpass membership but I don't think I'd return. read more
