When we reached out to understand what happened and see if there was a solution, management was harsh and defensive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I was left feeling like I was the problem for trying to resolve a scheduling issue that wasn't my fault. I completely understand that this was a free promotional service, but that doesn't mean a customer's time has no value. If a business chooses to offer complimentary services for training, they should honor confirmed appointments or at the very least handle cancellations professionally and with empathy. Simply dismissing the situation because "it was free anyway" is not good customer service. The issue was never that the service was free it was that a confirmed appointment was canceled after I had planned my day around it, and the situation was handled poorly. If the business wasn't prepared to honor these appointments, they shouldn't have offered them in the first place.

I've been going here for awhile. It is good to call ahead and make an appointment. The location, utensils, pedicures stations are kept clean. I notice that the person greeting people at the front is also doing someone's nails. When someone walks in she greets them but you can't see her well because she is behind a wall. It would be more professional to have someone at the front greeting customers and directing them. Customers are asked to wash their hands first and unless they have been there before and know here to go, they look lost and usually ask where to go. They should be directed right away. I get a regular (non gel) manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax sometimes. Have had different techs but prefer Phong (nails) and Vivian (eyebrow). Suggestions: Clean manicure stations better. The shields have polish on them and are dusty. Use warm water, not cold for a manicure dish. Make sure music and TVs are on. Customers can drown out other stuff easier. Give customer the polish color choices right away so they have time to choose. They are in a book form. I'd prefer to look before my service is started. There a signs everywhere that tips should be in cash. I realize that there is a atm on site, but they should be able to figure out a way to let a customer pay at their convenience, one payment with a card. Tips are important but it's up to the customer, not the vendor. I go to the nail salon for a peaceful experience and to relax. When customers bring their children, it's not the place. If they are an infant that's understandable, but when kids are crying and moms have them listening to devices (without headphones), it's rude and selfish. Wax room-they need to make sure they clean bed in between customers and change pillow cover each time. I don't believe that is done. They are in and out of their very quickly. They should have a sign at front with their prices posted for all to see and not wonder. They are kept busy so that's a good sign. read more

Today is Saturday. I had a 1 pm appointment. Of course this is a busy day. Just like any other salon. I usually wait a little time because it's always busy. I have been a customer over a year. But today was too much. I notice many customers were upset due to the double booking. After waiting over an hour. I ask how much longer it would be. Rudely I was told he could not tell me that And he's still with a customer. Even though it was a hour into my appointment. It was 230 by the time I was seated. Before I could get start my nail tech Rudely told me. Do not make any other appointments. Just walk in and take who's available. When I told him over a hour wait is not acceptable. After he finished my nails quickly and polishing my nails very sloppy. He rush me away. And told me that he would no longer be taking my appointments. Get my service from another tech. I'm a 51 year old woman I'm always polite. I always wait even though I have a disorder I never complain. I find this very rude discriminating ,unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not only will I not be getting another tech. At Fresh Nails salon. I will not be returning at all. You would think there's enough hate and discrimination in this world. read more

Two weeks ago, I had a full set out on. The guy who did my nails, was relatively new to doing nails. He didn't shape them right, when I asked to dull the corned, he didn't understand me, the design I asked for, was simple. When he was done, my 3 year old granddaughter would have done a better job. Price out the door -$105 Fast forward two days, 2 nails pop off. Go have them fixed. Gel nail color from the hideous design started peeling AND another mail comes off -$18 for color change and fix. Fast forward - 2 more days and another damn mail pops off. Go in and another tech fixed it and uses a completely different style nail and color. No cost. Fast forward 3 days and yet one more mail pops off. I decided to get a full, to maybe fix the issue and go to a more experienced tech, guess what.... ANOTHER DAMN NAIL CAME OFF. I was charged $5 for a fix - on a crappy set. Might be time to find a new nail place read more

Pretty upset because I love the way they do nails, but I decided to do a pedicure and the person went in deep with an instrument and it hurt very bad. Like I have never felt a pain that bad while getting my toes done and they told me I had an ingrown. But I've had an ingrown taken out at another salon and it has never hurt that bad before. They dug it so far, when I got home there was some blood oozing out of the side. Next morning it was red, swollen and oozing. It was infected!!! When they were done too they went to wash off the instrument with water and set it to dry. I hope that wasn't how they cleaned it yuck!! I honestly love this place! As someone who is a die hard nail girl, this really is the cleanest place of them all! They make you wash your hands before any service, which is great! My go to girl is Lynn. So does an amazing job every time. Always have a picture to show them what you want and they will prevail! I do feel bad for these ladies sometimes cause people always rush them, so make an appointment! This is a busy salon and you are bound to wait if you are just a walk in. I will also say they are more on the upscale pricing side, but with the quality of work, I think it is worth it! read more

I have come in twice once for mani fullset and this time for a pedi with gel. The mani was ok the lady could have gone back farther on the nail and I think she sped through it to fast but the pedi! Omg I had a really awful puss filled pocket on one of my toes and they were able to drain and take the nail out to get it to start healing it feels so much better I got #3 it is a must! Hot stone massage helped relax me so much I'm five months pregnant can't really get down to my toes and they have been amazing! read more
