First of all, don't make me sit for 25 minutes in a chair with half water and lukewarm then telling me "he be right there" the massage units in chairs do not work for more than 2 minutes the chairs for pedicures are very uncomfortable.. the massage balls poke into your kidneys i will give credit to the guy who did my pedicure. good massage which is very rare anywhere. i did tip him well because of his massage. i got the feeling he's not doing this because he wants to. sad read more

We asked for pedicures & Liquid Gel manicures, just to hear how we should get acrylic instead. They said they knew how to work with Liquid Gel but it's been two days & my thing nails have all chipped or are lifting. No customer service, not even the "owner" lady who had a big ass attitude. We told them we booked with her because someone recommended her but little did we know what we got into. For $160 go somewhere else. Pros: - It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. - They were friendly - They had massage chairs & complimentary water bottles & sodas - Pedicures were decent Cons: - They were really rough with the pedicures. My mom had to ask her technician to ease up twice and I am too non confrontational so I didn't say anything but I also thought the pedicure was too rough at multiple moments where it hurt my skin and even calf muscles. - There's a tier for pedicures so the more expensive, the more special add ons but overall for my $45 pedicure I didn't think my toes looked that great. Not bad but could have used an extra layer of color and smoother paint lines near the cuticles. Maybe this review should be 3 stars but I'm torn. read more

Went to get nails done and besides the usual crap talking in Vietnamese, the guy drilled my cuticle so hard it cut my finger and even as I said ouch that hurts he kept drilling in the same spot. It was so weird. So here is a week later my nails already look horrible, I have hangnails all over my finger from him grinding the life out of it. I overtipped which was my own fault I did the wrong math in my head and gave them 40 percent for a horrible job. Toes were done by someone else and they look fine. Just wasn't very relaxing. We asked for the "deluxe" pedicure and it was worth it! Both technicians were amazing. They were busy with other walk in customers but still took their time and gave us an excellent treatment. This was the most filthiest nail salon I've ever stepped foot in. I was getting a soak off and the lady next to me was getting serviced as well. The worker was using the same drill piece on the both of us and I noticed the lady had an excessive bloody cut on the cuticle of her nail. They try to take everyone in at once so much that they can not tend to one person at a time, properly. Everything was dirty, supplies, containers, etc. This reminded me as to why I no longer go to nail salons. A true nightmare. read more

Out of the many Groupon's available for waxing services, I bargained and chose one that was 3 waxes from this salon. As I was waiting for the appointment, the nail tech asked to see my Groupon and told me that they don't do the 3 package deal and that I need to get a refund from Groupon. I was frustrated and told her that I should've been told when I made my appointment. She said that the owner is the one that made the appointment. I said that the owner should know the rules better than anyone; and if it isn't a valid option then it shouldn't be an option on their Groupon page. I drove a long distance for this appointment. The nail tech said they honor 1 visit on this Groupon. Again, this was all being told to me by the nail technician. She had me to go in the room and BAM ....the same nail tech walks in to do my service. I asked if she was the aesthetician. She said, rather rudely, 'Look at my license.' She stood there while I got undressed. Had a blanket got a small square for my butt to sit down.. I was shocked to see that she double dipped the waxing stick. The end results of my service were partially acceptable but it was a weird situation and in one one of those run of the nail salons you find on every corner. I honestly believe she didn't want to do the waxing because I'm fat. I called the salon and asked to speak to the owner to get clarity on the situation. I have not been contacted as of yet. I contacted Groupon and after much haggling I got 2/3 of my money back in Groupon bucks. I consider that fair since I did get one visit and the service rendered. The deal is still listed on Groupon as I type this. I would never visit this salon again and will be hesitant to purchase multiple visit Groupons in the future. read more

I bought a Groupon for Brazilian wax. Scheduled a 10 am appointment for today, Saturday. At my arrival they told me the woman told me that I had to return next week because the person that waxes was not there. After I showed her my confirmation via text she contacted the waxer and within a couple minutes she said she would wax me herself. She walked me into a tiny room that look like a storage and asked me to lay down on the bed, that had a blanket where everybody lays down (not a sheet that is changed with every client) and only a tiny piece of paper to prevent the bed from getting wax. The woman had been attending the front, used her cell, and touched other stuff and was about to start working on me without washing her hands or using gloves. Luckily she decided to not wax me because my hair was too short, according to her. I know it was long enough, since I have had about 15-20 Brazilian waxes. I walked out and Groupon reimburse me my money. read more
