WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They have rescheduled our dog for several weeks out in the last six…read moremonths because groomers keep quitting. The last groomer we had was new and pulled at our dogs back hip soo hard she could not walk for three weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss our concerns about the continued rescheduling and poor treatment of our animal, the manager in the Northampton office told me "Sorry, things happen, and then informed me that we were no longer welcomed at the Good Dog Spot" I then asked to speak to the owner, at which time she repeatedly told me that we are no longer welcomed at the Good Dog Spot and then she hung up on me. I would tell anyone considering using the Good Dog Spot to have their pet groomed should strongly consider finding another company to use. It is quite obvious that groomers at the Northampton store continue to quit because they are forced to work under a terrible manage. I wish I had read some of the recent reviews on here before boarding my dogs this time around, but I really trusted this place. Now just dealing with the unexpected cost of 1500 dollars making a big impact on finances. Stay away!
