Josh was able to accommodate my schedule and arrived early in the morning his with crew to start the job. The job was focused on dusting and vacuuming everything including fans, appliances, baseboards, stair rails, etc. Josh and crew was very thorough with the process and constantly asked me if i needed anything extra done or if it looked good.... my mom is very particular with house cleaning and she mentioned that they did a good job Josh mentioned that the company is new so i was very happy to be an early customer. I subcontracted out a cleaning job that I was capable of doing myself, seeing that I own a carpet cleaning service in Dallas. I decided to pick someone in that area to have my business. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site. I called Mr. Smith we agreed I would pay him as soon as he confirmed he was there at the customers home. Mr. Smith confirmed on the phone that was fair he would take the work. I see why he wanted to be paid upfront Mr. Smith never planned on going out. Beware is all I have to say scammer on the prowl.

After they left, we discovered that they had damaged a picture frame over our mantle, knocked down a curtain rod, only cleaned one bathroom sink, and broke another. Additionally, most of the blinds and curtains in the house were left disheveled, and left the floors in a state that we felt the need to sweep the floors as soon as they left. The fact that they were willing to walk away from our house in the state that they left it is disappointing and shows the lack of pride in their work. I would NOT recommend this company.
