A real human answered the phone the first time I called (I don't really love artificial humans answering calls); 2. Another (separate) human showed up to my house THE SAME DAY (today) to check it out and write me an estimate; 3. Unlike other companies the estimate I received was a beautiful and legible TYPED UP PDF SENT VIA EMAIL - people... do you know how amazing that is? If you could see the handwritten gibberish that I've been left with, you'd understand. 4. Their prices are competitive, and while you're paying a few dollars more (really not much) you're getting a fantastic value from a company that shows up and does what they say they're going to do. The part that really blew me away was when the estimator heard how frustrated I was (with the other companies) and said he wanted to try and get a crew out to my house in 2 days to do the work. When the dispatcher informed him that a crew wasn't available he looked at me and said "don't worry, I'll be here on Saturday and I'll do it myself."
