Two weeks later the crew returned. When we asked if they were told of our complaint, they said they were not told. Again, UP cleaned in the same matter. FAR different than I had been told. I told him never mind (although then wasn't sure what my next plan was!) and he was able to juggle the price with his supervisor.. still no where near what I had been quoted over the phone, but better than $828. They clearly used the wrong or harsh cleaning products, and ever since then my oven has been nothing but problems. My oven began smoking after the cleaning, takes an extremely long time to preheat, and now there is a gas leak. It has become unsafe to use and is now completely broken. Before the cleaning, I was not experiencing these issues. To make matters worse, the quality of the cleaning itself was unacceptable. The cleaner washed my dishes, but every single dish was still dirty. I had to rewash them myself because they had food residue and were not properly cleaned. It was obvious that little care or attention was given to the job. I trusted this company to professionally clean my home, but instead I was left with a damaged appliance, dirty dishes, and the expense and inconvenience of repairing or replacing my oven. This was supposed to make my life easier, but it created more work and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take responsibility for the damage and poor service and make this situation right.
