They are quick to tell me about a product I'm asking about with their own personal opinions as well - if something better has worked for them or they've received customer feedback on a product, it was shared with me. They seem to really get that some products, whether that's different types of proteins for example, work differently with each person individually. Pricing is competitive, and they often have specials going on for different products. You can also find some harder to find items - my go-to's are the Legendary Foods line (pecan pie almond bitter ftw) and also Flavor God seasonings. They have a rewards program that offers something like 2% back on your purchase - for those that spend a lot on supps that can definitely add up.
