I clearly communicated that I would be out of town on specific dates, yet it appears they scheduled delivery during that exact time without confirming with me. No one has contacted me to arrange installation, and I've been completely ignored by Brandon at the office despite multiple texts. The lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. At this point, I have no idea where my cabinet is, when it will be delivered, or if anyone plans to install it. I expected a more professional experience and feel completely let down. I would not recommend this company based on how poorly they've handled this situation.
