Great experience. We needed new blinds for our kitchen. Angelica came out with patterns and talked through the styles, pricing, choices, etc. with us. She answered all our questions on the spot. Once we decided, I simply texted her and the order was put in. The blinds came before the expected date(nice) and we set up an appointment. The installers could not have been better. They removed the old blinds, installed and calibrated the new ones perfectly. They stuck around and helped until we had played with the blinds for a bit and were comfortable with them. I would not give this company not even 1 star for their lack of customer service. I purchased a home with their mechanical blinds and had an issue with a blind and was also shopping for a company to do my draperies for my entire home. First thought, call them first to see if they can address the issue and second perhaps give them what would have been a large order. They would not only give me a schedule for the technician to assess the problem but was looking to charge me to assess the problem without fixing it. All they cared more about was their sales call opportunity not addressing the product issue on an item they previously sold. Result- they have lost my business for good and do not have business integrity to fix any item they sell you. If this is how they do business I will gladly take me business to their competition which is less expensive and has business integrity. read more

First off I would like to say that this company is a hidden gem. I was on the hunt for a drapery company that of course would do good work and have a great product, they carry hunter douglas. This place offers free estimates which is a plus when looking to have work done on your home. There was a lady that came to do the measurements as well as show me samples of what i might be looking for, she was so sweet and helpful. I did not get that creepy sales person felling from her, but a feeling of a person that was truly helping me out and not trying to pull one over me, just to get a sale done.
