I walked in and the store was far less busy. There were three employees behind the register and I said "hello, I have a return" and help up the item and the receipt. They audibly sighed. The person that had helped me yesterday had to be asked multiple times by the others to do the return - to which she responded "I can, but I don't want to" - uhm I'm sorry? They then make you create an account with your phone number if you don't have one to complete the return, even if you come with the receipt. I won't be returning to Sally's for future needs. You don't need my information to buy the items, but you need it to return an $8 item with the receipt?
