So I used to love this place - the regular employees they had knew how to make great smoothies consistently (this was last year pre and during COVID) but in the last couple months they are so irregular and I never know if I'm gonna get an ok smoothie or an awful one. I used to manage a smoothie shop (name omitted) and know how to make a perfect smoothie - it's not that difficult - today my smoothie was about 2 inches lower then the top and basically just ice with some protein powder. Pretty overpriced for what it is. I ordered a blueberry thing, can't remember the name. It was around $7. It was pretty tasteless. The menu is kinda weird, it's not clear what the exact ingredients are...there was a smoothie with just banana and strawberry...is that all it is? You can add kinds of stuff to the smoothies they have, but the smoothies they have don't actually look that appealing. The place isn't really that inviting, it's crammed with a bunch of merchandise and protein powders. It's not clear if the use the protein powders in the smoothies? Outstanding smoothie restaurant! I crave smoothie factory! The owner is great! He loves his customers, you can tell that he lives by his product because he is in very good shape, he's open and willing to answer any questions you have about his product. What I especially love, is when we went to the owner with a problem, he wanted to make it right. And so he did. My husband and I are glad to give our money to this business and tell all of our friends to try out the strawberry apple kale smoothie. A lot of the smoothies have turbinado in them. Which is a sweetener, if you wish to have natural sweetener from the fruit itself, you can just ask them to take the turbinado out. Easy as that! If you're looking for a smoothie...don't bother walking into this place. It's essentially a vitamin store that makes over processed blends they're calling "healthy smoothies". Every shake had either a protein powder, weight gain powder, meal replacement powder...you name it. And while I realize you can make your own, or request it without certain ingredients - this one that really got me was a smoothie I was interested in that contained strawberries, bananas, papaya, honey, ect...and turbinado. Sugar. Added sugar. Why would you add sugar to a fruit smoothie that already contains honey? This place is a joke. read more

It's OK - another smoothie franchise in Tucson. This one has the walls lined with everything from protein power to 5-hour energy shots and everything in between. I was told their smoothies are all natural. I really need to get into either the smoothie or yogurt rackets. A 20oz and a 32oz were just about $12. Expensive I think. They tasted fair. I was irked by the fact that their menu board is at least 11 feet up in the air requiring me to bloody stress my neck to read the thing. Save yourself and ask for a paper menu. Also the wall-mounted TV's were way the hell up there too. I will give them another go and try a smoothie that has less ice in it and more rice milk. They've only been open around a week, and the girl working there had their system down pretty well, was polite and informative. read more

I've been here twice and like it a lot- but I've only ordered the same thing twice. Creature of habit, but I like a peanut butter smoothie. It's protein and delicious, and I can taste bits of peanut butter in it which I love, and it uses rice milk. It all comes out to around $9 or so for very large drink, and smaller sizes are a deal too. This is the place to go if you work out at LA Fitness next door or just need some energy. I've always loved coming here for my post-gym smoothie. I've been coming for years and I've always really enjoyed it! Everyone here is super nice - I've always felt welcomed and had a great experience. The exception here is Olivia. I've ran into her twice now and it's always an unpleasant experience. You know it's bad when you're not greeted, the customer asks how the face of the shop is doing & she doesn't respond. I work at 2 fitness centers in Tucson and I don't feel confident sending them to this shop any longer because I'm afraid she'll be there. I've been avoiding it too. Whenever you are on the go and too busy to make your smoothie. This is a pretty good place to stop by. It's fast, convenient and right next to the gym I go to (LA Fitness). Note it can get a bit pricey here if you are planning to get a drink every time. Especially for a person like me who workouts out 5-6 times a week. If I were to purchase a shake at $7-$10 each time, that's nearly $240 a month! So why not save that and buy your own supplements and do it yourself for a fraction of that cost. Moving on there are times when I'm on a timed scheduled and don't have time to rush home and prepare my shakes/smoothies so I will succumb to coming here and getting it. The smoothies here do taste good don't get my wrong, but lately I've noticed they do not give you all the smoothie that is made from the blender. They will fill your cup full and leave the rest in the blender. Usually other places either measure out perfectly or will give you an extra side cup of the remaining. Why I complain about this is because I always ask for sides of additional supplements at extra charge and to see leftover remains. That's like money down the drain to me. I wouldn't really recommend this place, as I would rather purchase my other ingredients and make my own shake and smoothie and make sure I'm enjoying every last drop of it! read more

This isn't "just another smoothie place" like Jamba Juice. This place is a hundred times better. First off, there are many choices as well as an option to customize your own smoothie. These choices include fruit, nuts and nut butters, milk and lactose free options, honey, turbandino sugar, vanilla, ice cream, juices and more. The second thing is that their protein powders and other "boosters" actually make sense from a nutritional and supplement standpoint. They use actual, high quality supplements that athletes use. The title their smoothies accurately and put ingredients in them that make sense from a nutrition standpoint. For example, the afterworkout has things one would benefit from consuming after a workout. They also have protein powders for almost every person with food allergies and special diets. Third, this is a whole heck of a lot of smoothie for the price given that yes, the ingredients are natural and supplement quality. They also sell many different types of protein bars, cookies and healthier versions of snacks many folks enjoy. They are what is typically sold in health food stores.
