All the reviews about it being super clean are true. Sarah is an absolute gem too! God blessed me with her being the one who took my call and cleaned my bedding on a Sunday evening. Service is still great. The shock was the price: $2.99 for dress shirts and $5.49 for the polos, or "pull over" as it shows on the receipt. $5.49! $5.49? That can't be. When the husband went in to pick up and pay, the cost even caught the person charging him off guard. This can't be correct. So, we are looking for another dry cleaners for polos. We can't do $5.49 a piece.

I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

The number of machines that don't work is steadily increasing. Perhaps the biggest rip off of all is that the minimum amount to add to your card is now $10.
