I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. They lost our passports that were in the pocket of one of the jackets that was accidentally taken to dry cleaning. They said they found them and they put it in a bag and returned it with the clothes, but we were not told at the time of pick up that there were passports, and we did not find them in the clothes that we brought back.
