I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

They then cleaned a bit but said person that could clean engine bay was not there till following day. The staff should have notified me immediately and apologized and set up a remediation plan. Trying to avoid the error has now made this change from a go to place to a place to avoid. It was being driven maybe twice a month so the battery had very little wear and wasn't that old. I think something was left on which drained the battery while it sat at the shop. I had a hard time hearing him but he didn't seem to mind repeating himself. I planned to use the restroom, but was dissuaded by its condition. Filthy sink, overflowing trash and roach roaming! Stephen couldn't remember who the manager was that closed on Aug 22, but I imagine he'll look into it. I was disappointed that they don't vacuum cars as part of their service any more. Stephen offered to take care of that for me, but i declined since the car was already out of the bay.
