They were stand offish, didn't go over my oil options, didn't check my air filters or ANY of the service parameters other than changing my oil (though my receipt said all this was done). They also said they had inflated my tires (I asked the guy before paying) but they didn't inflate ANY!!! I checked my car's tire meter to make sure since I never actually saw them do it (I had sat in the car instead of going in). I had to roll down the windows and tell them to do it a second time and they made bullshit excuses. DON'T go if you can help it! I understand the world (and work in general) sucks right now, no one gets paid what they deserve, but this could've been a hazard for me.

The communication could be better. It's hard to get someone on the phone and when I left voicemails they weren't returned. It's much easier if you just go to the shop but most people work so driving there whenever you have a question is unrealistic. I opted to not have my sons car repaired simply because the mechanic made it clear that it just needs to be replaced and I appreciate his honesty. I did however get the car back with a completely dead battery. 2. The battery was fine prior bringing it in. The car typically sits in my yard while my son is in school. It was being driven maybe twice a month so the battery had very little wear and wasn't that old. I think something was left on which drained the battery while it sat at the shop. A little disappointed by that but what can you do.

I was told by another shop that I needed to replace the entire oil pan because the threads were gone. They were charging me $1100 for that service and didn't offer any other option. I took it to Missouri Car Care and told them hey I need my pan rethreaded and of course it's a little harder to do that on an Aluminum pan but they said they will try. And they did it! They also saved my oil so I wouldn't get charged more. $95 for that service. Great place and I most certainly recommend over any other shops in town.
