No words will ever be able to heal our broken hearts the day our best furiend crossed the rainbow bridge. If you call them and no one picks up, leave a message and they will call you back. When the nice lady returned my call, I couldn't hold back my tears and emotion when I told her I was inquiring about their pet crematory services for my 15 year old doggo. I think her name was Cindy. She was so kind and patient with me over the phone cause I was choking up every time I tried to speak. We arranged for me to drop off my best friend at their location that same day. Cindy was very understanding, kind and patient with me as I spent the few moments with my doggo before they came for him. They don't allow people to witness the cremation, but they allowed me to see him one very last time the day before he was scheduled to be cremated. I received his ashes the day after in a very cute urn with a very heartfelt message. They are very busy and it will take some time before you get your pet's ashes. Mines took a lil over a month, but they did tell me at the beginning it will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. read more

You never hope you have to use a service like this for your fur babies but after 13 wonderful years with our Lil Bit she passed and I had to use fresno Pet cemetary they made me feel comfortable leaving my Pet with them they called me to pick up her ashes about 10 business days later though they ask for 17 business days if they are busy. They gave a lot of info on grief and give you a certificate. These guys are amazing and a family owned business! Calling them you won't get an answer but they call back ASAP usually same day maybe about an hour or two later but that what I like they will call back and they are more than accommodating for you and your dear departed Pet. The cat I had for 17 years took her last breath a couple months ago. My wife wanted to get her cremated. The local vets seem to work with Fresno Pet Cemetary but I opted to take her over myself. I have to say, when I stepped out of the car I could hear the furnaces running, but the grounds were very kempt. The woman I dealt with in their small office was very professional and caring. They delivered the ashes to our local vet and notified us via telephone. This seems like a reputable operation and I would have no qualms having them handle another beloved pet. read more

Fresno Pet Cemetery has always been kind and compassionate about their job. Many years ago we had a very large dog pass away from old age and they came out to our home (there is an extra fee, but worth it in these types of cases) and got her. They were very respectful of her body, carefully loading her up on a stretcher and placing her in the back of their truck (not throwing her in, but gently placing her- as if she had VALUE, which of course she did to us!). Also, from what I have heard from someone that knows the owner, he is the kindest man who loves animals! When the time comes and you want to honor your pet, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to this establishment. It's sad when you have to use their services, but I'm glad that they are in the valley to utilize when beloved pets inevitably pass away. read more

My husband and I had to use there services for my little guy Papazito. They were kind, caring, and very attentive to our needs, I never even knew there was even a cemetery for my little guy Papazito. Otherwise I wouldn't of known what to have done. But thank you the owner Jim Barbato for all your services you provide the public and our fur babies. I truly appreciate having some where to go to visit my little guy. The prices are reasonable for a place in the ground, casket, and a plaque with photo was all but five hundred.
