Had them come out and put in a boiler and 2 radiators. My son's radiator they put in a foot away from the wall instead of taking the time to put it up against the wall, and his closet door doesn't open the whole way. I complained about it and they didn't fix it. A year later, I was having issues with a valve they put in shooting water out, called and guy told me to put a brass plug in it and move on. Bought the plug and put it in, water then started coming out of the overflow valve. Had another company come out and the cost to fix everything including the blown overflow tank is 2400$. After having a 6000$ boiler put in, 2 years later another 2400 to fix their work. The system was pressurized well above what the overflow tank can handle and caused the liner to pop. Can't recommend this company. Trash. read more

**BUYER BEWARE!!!!!** We had used Valley for years and will no longer be using them for anything. Dan sold us a bad unit years ago. The thing had been acting up so we called them out. He sends out his tech Mike. Mike proceeded to tell us how bad this unit is, that it's junk, etc. Not realizing that VALLEY was the one that sold it to us. So we pay Mike $200 to "fix" our unit. He sprays it with the hose. Takes half the lid off. Tests the pressure. Tells us it's fixed. We get home later that evening to the entire unit frozen than worse before. So we call them again... We had to wait two days for a call back. They didn't call back until I called for a 3rd time. Mind you it was 95 degrees in my house in the meantime. They send Mike out again. Who was over an hour late for our appointment, to scope our vent, which took less than 5 minutes and could have been done the first time. He then tells us "you" have to clean it out, to use a shop vac and reach in there and scrub it. Wait a minute, aren't we paying you to fix it? Mike then proceeds to tell us how he'd need another guy to help him pull it out and he can't do it by himself. Excuses. Mike also tried to sell us a NEW unit instead of fixing the one that's under warranty for another 5 years. So he doesn't make an appointment with us. We don't hear from them. More avoidance. We have to chase them down. I finally get Dan on the phone 5 days later, only for him to tell me they want to charge me between $500 and $800 dollars to "clean" my AC unit. Then he tells me we're going to need a cleaning once a year..... what?? What a racket! He never once took responsibility for the poor service we received, the bad unit they sold us, or avoiding us for days on end. Do not spend your money here. They will take advantage of you. They will bilk you. They will try to get you to spend exorbitant amounts on "maintenance". Then they will try to sell you a new unit when yours isn't even halfway through the warranty, cause they don't want to eat the costs on a bad product. They're unprofessional. They're rude. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere! read more

I can not tell you how much Valley Plumbing & Heating has done for me. I lost my furnace just before this cold spell. They put in a new furnace and it works great. Today I realized my water lines were frozen. They came out and worked extremely hard to get it started. The access to my pipes were in a very tight location. They continued to work in these horrific conditions till the water came on. I highly recommend them for your heating and plumbing issues. Very committed to getting the job done. Valley plumbing has been my go-to place since I had a bad experience with another company. They did the replacement furnace and AC years ago and they are presently doing AC and Furnace. I have to commend the worker bees, Keith and Evan who aren't adverse to climbing the long steps in order to do the furnace work. The AC had to be done thru a close neighbor's house. The owner, Dennis came out to give me an estimate and explained everything that needed done. Erin from the office called me immediately to schedule and was so nice and helpful. And the day of the job Ted came out, got the work done sooner that he had planned, the work was done in a professional manner, he respected my property and did a great job. Ted and Bill came to my home today to help identify what was wrong with my well, find my well (ugh!), and then replace the pump. I can't say enough nice things about these two guys. It was cold and raining. They were patient with me and my ancient well. They were clever and excellent problem solvers and VERY hard working. To sum it up. Ted and Bill are awesome and employees like that make Valley HVAC worth calling. As for the cost. I didn't have water so I didn't do any price comparisons. Completely disgusted with this company. I am giving one star only because the system forces me to. A month ago, a tech came out and told my husband that he couldn't figure out anything wrong with our furnace, but that it was emitting dangerous levels of carbon monoxide and needed replaced ASAP. We went right out and bought a brand new CO sensor, which has read no higher than ZERO for a month straight. The furnace still wasn't working correctly, so we called in someone else for another opinion. Thank God we did. It turns out our problem was an incompatible thermostat. No carbon monoxide leak at all, and no need for a new furnace. I can't believe they tried to scare us into purchasing an item we don't even need. Unbelievable. I will NEVER call this company again for any reason. read more
